First you get Munch to the remote control via the catwalk. Then you switch to Abe and have him drink expresso then run through so the Slogs (dog things) follow him then run up the ramp to safety....

edit; the only thing I can think of is maybe posessing a Slig and shoot the other ones. I just thought of trying that.
