Who's the best horror/thriller director?

I'm a big fan of horror/thriller films myself. I particularly love Chop-shop/Splatter films like Nightmare On Elmstreet and Pumpkin Head. I have a small list of well-known directors here, you're probly familiar with most of them. Cast your vote and post, in the end will tally up to see who gets the award for being the greatest psycho.

The best horror director is the director of the Blue videos....man they are scary!

But seriously, the scaryest director is prolly the director of Battle Royale. Man I'm such a wuss.
