Who do you think will win Super Bowl XXXVIII between the Carolina Panthers and the New England Patriots?

Im hoping Caralina wins. Ive always liked them, and its nice to finally see them in the "Big" game. :fuzsmile:

New England, baby.
Why? They have a stellar offensive game, a water-tight defensive unit, and Carolina got cover-cursed by Sports Iilustrated. Not only that, they're 7 point favorites. I predict that New England wins 24-14, mainly because the N.E. defense heckles Delholmme relentlessly, stops the run game at the end of the second, and picks Carolina's passes off like a mother. Plus, conventional wisdom dictates that you always want to put your money on the team with the better D, unless its Minnesota. 'Cause God hates them.
Edit: I just KNEW N.E. was a lock. Sure enough, I won ten bucks.

I'm not much for football but i've adapted somewhat of a "fondness" towards the game ever since I started playing it daily with friends. After I began watching the game with my dad and we'd laugh and cry together. Anyway I'm with Panthers. We're going to have a big-ass super bowl party with every size, shape, and form of junk food and invite all my friends! P-A-R-T-Y?! Because I gotta!! :devil:

29/29 until the end. Brillaint. Go New England! Reminds me of how my high school won our homecoming game.

I was disappointed that the Panthers didnt win, but oh well I didnt really watch any of the game.

Me too, but it was such a close game that I don't think the Panthers should be that crushed. It was neck to neck the whole time. Both teams did a great job.

Man, taht was one of the best games I'd ever seen! Not to mention the fact that I had 50-10 collectively on New England. I woulda bought a bullet and rented a gun if Adam muffed his third field goal. Looking back on what I did see, I think the game probably got interesting towards the end of the game, the entertainment in commercials and half time were quite poor this year however.
