Am I going crazy...
Or does it seem that even though Cheney has "severed ties" with Halliburton, every friggin' thing he does has something to do with Halli-freakin'Burton? For instance. Halliburton got to gouge the U.S. on oil and get no-bid contracts in Iraq. In more recent news, drilling that will be done on Mars will be done by one of these 3 companies
1.Halliburton 2.Halliburton 3. Halliburton. And you have 3 choices on what type of contract it was 1. No-bid 2. No-bid 3. No-bid. |
I have no idea what you are on about, but I definately think you are going crazy. And spamming like crazy.
|
Yes, I agree with you. Statikk, please explain. There are peeps on this forums who don't think like you do...

are you going crazy? i think so.

yes.
You are going crazy. There's my answer and most likely everyone elses so unless you guys have something else to say, let's get Mr. Mod to close this thread or atleast make it a pole :dodgy: |

I doubt that this thread will go anywhere though. So closing is probably inevitable. |
shhhhhhh, everyone. Hes not crazy, hes mentally challenged...
|
Hmm, I can't understand that post either. :fuzconf: It said Cheney and mentioned oil...and mars. Maybe it has something to do with George Bush.
-oddguy :fuzcool: |
It also mentioned "Halliburton". Whatever that is.
|
Halliburton is an oil company that Cheney worked for and that Bush and Cheney(Prez and Veep) have denied having any ties to. Although cheney gets a severence payout of more than a hundred K a year for Halliburton.(Known as H from now on) Also, when it came to the rebuilding contracts and oil and gas contracts Halliburton got them NO-BID. Basically, Halliburton got a contract worth billions of dollars and no one else was allowed to compete for it. On top of that, Halliburton was gouging a.k.a. overcharging on gas prices, and it cost the government hundreds of millions of dollars. Also, with Bush planning to send probes and drills to Mars, a contract to make those probes and drills would be worth billions in cash money and free publicity. Guess who got it, no questions asked? That's right, the company Bush and Cheney have no ties to. What I'm saying is this: Post-presidency, when Cheney takes his old job at Halliburton back he'll be richer than F!@# and be a golden boy in the company's eyes. You have to admit, for a company Cheney "severed ties with" he does get a lot of money from them and gives a lot of money to them in the form of sweetheart contracts. In a rather round-about way I'm alleging two things
1. Under-handed business policies 2. War-profiteering and tailoring political policy for money. |
To be honest I think that is the least of our worries right now.
I'm just hoping all of Bush's erratic behaviour is his stupidity, and not the beginning of the NWO. |
What, war-profiteering doesn't worry you?
|
:
However, if all this war-profiteering is going on, as you said it is, then Bush most likely went to war to pay off debts. In which case, that is an increadible crime, far worse than breaking UN law. And it also spells a frightening new era where the US invades and occupies countries in order to rob them. Occupying and robbing a country shouldn't be an option for the US the moment a dumbass president comes in and starts making the treasury bankrupt. It's a VERY worrying prospect. BUT, there is a possibility that the profit making was to pay off debts run up by the war. Wars are very expensive, not only costing lives, but also hundreds of millions of dollars, and it is to be expected that such an inept leader as Bush would resort to stealing to pay off bills. |
i'm not worried about war, we have about 26 thousand more bombs than anyone else, and we are also up against a small army of dickens with no shoes, we got the real ****er, Saddam, and i dont worry about Osama.
|
Also, don't forget E13303, which grants imunity to all companies, persons and agencies securing long-standing American interests(read: oil) in Iraq and takes away an alien's right to sue a company for wrongdoing.

well, the Bush administration has to pay for their loan to NASA somehow, and making deals with big corporations is the way to do it. The rise of the military-industrial complex? how about the towering of it! cripes, if this isn't starting to look a whole lot like the "Star Wars" all over again.

 That was great, hobo!

This is the price people pay for voting for Bush. I still dont see him as the President. Gore won the popular vote of the country, its just electoral college...and the whole thing with Florida. But people who voted for Bush are now getting a taste of just all the problems hes brought onto the world and on our own country. *sigh*
