What were you afraid of when you were little
Hello everyone. What things were you afraid of when you were little child. For me I were afraid of the dark. I did not like to sleep with my light on as I would think the monsters would get me. I was only little, so do not laugh. I did not like bugs and creepy crawly things as well.

Ghost.... People that look like they're gonna kill you or kidnap you... Drunks...
|
I was seriously afraid of Radars. You know, those towers that are near airports to detect the airplanes coming in. I have no idea why, but I just couldn't bear to look at them. If we drove past them when we went on a family outing, I would close my eyes until they were gone. My brothers used to stir me like hell about it.

The dark. Wow.
This cow thing up at the top of my brothers closet. I swear, it looked creepy and satanic! It was scarey I tells ya'! Getting lost in a clothing store. Honestly, those racks are really tall for a short kid, you can't see over them, and other people can't see you. Damn communist sotre designers. |
Radar Towers, that is truly fascinating, its funny how the mind works, isnt it?
Personally, I feared plenty of typical entities, but I think one of my fears were very unique: Large Rooms: A dream I had (and im being serious here, so dont make any jokes) where I was in a giant room, I think it was a bowling alley or something, and I remember having visions of my sight moving around, so that I could comprehend the enormity of the place. I would move around the room untill I couldnt take it any more, and I woke up in a cold sweat. I usually didnt sleep till hours after that dream (The trouble was, I had it almost every night)... |
The guy that owned the convenience store in our small town. In my dreams he attempted to kill me, also every night.
|
I had a dream every night that haunted me, except mine was in a hocky rink and I kept skating around and around it. The strange thing was that everyone was going the opposite way of me and they seemed happy. Then when i got to this one part at the end of the rink where the goal was (there was only one goal point in my dream.) , there was this big guy there and a goalie uniform. He started talking all nice but then he just immediately transformed into this giant thing.
After that I'd skate away only to go back around and meet him again. Yes I know its weird but I'd have that dream just about every week. That and I was also afraid of my closet door..*shudders*. |
Clowns, dolls, under the bed, bloody zombies, etc.
|
Lets see. . .
Well of course I was afraid of the dark, afraid of the house bursting into flames, and afraid of ghosts. However, the main thing I was afraid of, was being completely alone, and it's still one of my worst fears today. Being completely alone. . . Just imagine it. No friends, no enimies, no-one to love, no one to help you. Just you - Yourself. Alone. Ick. . . Horrible. - DH |
1:dark
2:being alone 3:big glowing things 4:stephen king's "IT" Thats creepy I don't know,but I think it was an evil clown. |
China dolls, clowns, talking dolls, jellyfish, spiders and the dark. I used to dream that dolls and stuff came alive and killed people. I was a strange child..
|
When i was little i was afraid of large spiders, graveyards and churches and undead scourge. That was because i sometimes had a dream were i was in this huge castle in the middle of this vast land of just sand and dead rocky montains and the castle was attacked by winged demons with goats heads and when one tried to attack me they all exploded in a huge ball of flame destroying the castle so i then had to walk the desert.
|
The dark. Honestly, anything could be in there!!! Also, I fear death a lot! It's not death but the way I'll go. Basically, I want it to be quick and I definately don't want to get torn to shreds by an animal or animals.
|
The Dark....I mean who wasn't....you can't see whats going on...you're all alone......*grabs teddy bear*
I was also scared of Ronald McDonald The logo from McDonalds. I told my parents when i was tiny-er, and they laughed and said i was being "cute". I hate it when they do that..... |
...
My toy monkey that I got in the hospital after I banged my head. Especially after I had a nightmare that I was walking up the stairs, blood gushing from my ears, to find Monkey perched at the top. His face covered in peanut butter. And then I threw him down the stairs, and he was caught on a glitching needle at the bottom. Then I climbed onto the banister, and commited suicide.
|
oh yeah, to this day i'm still scared of Hobo's.
|
I've always been afraid of dolls, especially if they would start talking and walking and killing people!
And clowns are scary too. When my big sister was little, she was afraid of a big hamster that would eat her toes when she sleeps. :D |
