Hello Oddys,

The Paramite looks really good. It seems that you want to show us a contrast between nature and industrial places.
It screams out it's freedom, doesn't it?

You showed us that it stand in the central point.
But it's a pity that the Paramite is too small.

I hope my assessment was okay for you.

Now, that paramite picture and the Slig is just FABULOUS.I love how you drew that Paramite, it looks exactly like the real picture. The slig,I just love it.It's quite cute too.Keep up the good work.Your two thumbs up!

paramiteabe 02-19-2004 04:18 PM

Your paramite and slig is superb. Your Mudokon is great. But can I give you some constructive critisisem? Don't take this wrong way learn from this because a great artist has to take constructive critisisem from fellow artist and its perfectly normal you will face this in the future guaranteed. Your a good artist and as a suggestion from an artist to an artist, try giveing your drawings a little bit more a 3 demensional look. All you do is maybe make your shadows and only your shadows darker than what you have. Because Ive notice how your shadows are the same tone or close to the same tone as your figure which makes the figure look a tad bit flat. If you make your shadows and only the shadows of your wounderful drawings darker your work I will guarantee will stand out even more than what they do now. With the contrast of a thick black shadow next to a figure where the tones are greyer and lighter will cause the figure to pop out more and give an illusion. And as an artist you want that. Just a little bit of an artistic opinion of mine.

But all and all your work compositionally is great and makeing your work a little darker will make it even better. Trust me.

Nice pics!

The paramite one really is stricking. It's a cry for freedom

I love the expresion on your first mud. S/He looks so bored and apathic.

Keep drawing, this stuff is GOOD! %^)
