Occassionally I use the English language to communicate with others. Ah, but I'm learning French (woo!) and German (eek!) at school. I gave up Latin because I hated it (although I loved it to begin with, so it's not like I went in against the idea of learning it or anything), but could probably recall a few words and grammar points.
Mr Fisher also told us how to count to 10 in, I think it was Chinese. Includes something like 'itchy knee', so if anyone can identify it for me.... :p |
first: French
then Dutch and English and I'm still learning Latin |
Dutch is my own language, but I can speak english too... I also speak a little french, a little german and a bit of spanish too. Used to have greek and latin at school (Aeneas Troianus est), but it got kinda hard, so I quit...
EDIT: Dude, I said dutch is my own language, so that means I am Dutch, as in from Dutchland, as in from Holland, as in The Netherlands... (j/k about the Dutchland thing...) |
i also told you to put your country so please edit it on
|
I live in Australia, and I can speak English. I know limited Indonesian (as we had to learn it in School). That's about all, unless you count the swear words I know in Cantonese, Vietnamese, Italian and Greek ;)

ONE WORD POST! just for you to know |
I'd just like ot point out that "Jewish" is not a language, nor is African, and Pig Latin is stretching the boundaries of what a language is, isn't it? (as is Esporanto....)
But I speak English and some spanish, though I have been foprgetting a lot of the rules in Spanish as i go year anfter year without any schooling. Though I would love to learn French and German. |

I found it obvious. You continue in your sarcastic ways, Mac.
Now Abeguy, you are officially pissing me off. Change your location so it has spaces, before I cyber-smack you. |
With "Native Australian" do you mean Aboriginal? Or just the way Australians talk.
Kangaroo actually means "I don't know" in Aboriginal, as they did not understand what the hec the first Aussie settlers were talking about when they asked "What's that animal called?" |
