5 Oddworld Games
I do believe they're are 5 oddworld games 1.abes oddysee, expansion exodus 2. munchs odysee 3. hand of odd 4? 5?

Hand of Odd will be the begining of the Habitales seires. Abes Exoddus was never planed from the start but because they did not wanna realese Munchs Oddysee on the Playstation they waited and in thier spare time made Abes Exoddus. Because of that there a now gonna be one or more bonus games for each main game.

You dont seriously believe the Quintology will stay a Quintology do you? There are OBVIOUSLY going to be more than 5 games, even if you dont count the :bonus" games. OI has areal moneymaker, and isnt gonna let go of it. Besides, do you really want them to stop?

i heard that there will be five "odysee' games each with one or more bonus games. hand of odd is not part of the oddworld series, neither is habitales or faeritales although i think those have been scrappped.

Look, there seems to be a little confusion for plenty of people here. I'll put it this way:
The Oddworld Quintology is a series of five games. Each will introduce a new hero, new villains and new dilemas. There will be five, no more, no less. However, each game will contain one or more bonus games. Abe's Exoddus was the first bonus game, Munch's Exoddus will be the second. Most likely, Munch will have more bonus games, because there is so much Lorne wants to get across about this guy, and so much he couldn't 'say' in Munch's Oddysee. The Habitales and Fearietales are two series dependant of the Quintology and of each other. The former will let you interact with the everyday life of the Oddworld oddballs, the other will give you a peak into Oddworld's supernatural dimension of paranormal and mystery. No heroes, no revolutions, just central characters and story. There are two other Oddworld games - Oddworld Adventures and Oddworld Adventures II for the Gameboy and Gameboy Colour, although these were not made by OWI. If you count the latter two games, five Oddworld games have already been released, but not worldwide. |
