New Consumer Products and Slogans
For those of you lucky enough to be able to view the Passport to Oddworld Video that Steel Shark mentioned (I'm lucky I have cable and the quality is awesome)... you may have noticed some new consumer products.
The Slogan for Lung Busters was "who wants to grow old anyway" and for Blitz Packer it was "life is beeter when you're blitzed" One can only imagine what the Butt-Flow consumer product makes you do!!! I tried to get screenshots, but Windows Media Player wouldn't let me take screenshots of the streaming video for some reason (even with a screen capture program). Abe Babe... |

I thought people must have already seen these. I've had a picture on my hard-drive for a while now that has signs of these consumer products. Butt-Flow Laxitives, Chill Bill, Lungbuster and there are also 2 other signs: 'Baby Chow' and 'Gum-rot'. These signs are on the walls of the Vykker Labs.
You can also see them in the preview trailer when the Vykker says "That's the last damn Gabbit there is." Sorry I didn't post about them, I thought most people would have noticed them since I'm sure many of us have seen the Preview Trailer. |

Very observant Pacen! :) I must admitt that I hadn't noticed the posters previously, but last night when watching the new video I did notice them in the background of one of the shots. They weren't clear enough to make out the details though, except for the Chill Pill one. Either that or it was getting late!!!
Regarding the Butt-Flo, I was more meaning that we can only wonder how a Laxative would take effect in the game!!! I don't know if I want to know!!! Abe Babe... |
