ACURA CAR COMPANY RIPS OFF ODDWORLD!!!
 

If anyone watchs TV, they may have seen this car commercial on, for the Acura.

The music is EXACTLY the same from Oddworld's intro, when the guy is getting beat right before the fire in AE..

But there is a quiet, crappy beat in the background... SUCH a rip off!
Unless Oddworld stole it from them somehow!

What mockery is this? Acura should be sued!!!

Come on Freaky pay attention: "ACURA CAR COMPANY". Hmm, it would only be a guess but I think Acura could be a car company, but that's just my guess.

And where was it on TV? With another guess I'd say America because I think that's where Sodd lives.

I am unable to see the ad for myself, since I live in Australia. I also don't have AE so there's no way I could compare the music. I hope OWI finds out about this.

It's the same music in Abe's Oddysee when it boasts 'an A.L.I.V.E. Engine'. Y'know, at the beginning.

Surely Oddworld would have copyrighted their music in order to prevent something like this from happening. You hear lawsuits on unauthorized use of music all of the time.

IMO... I hate car commercials, they are always so boring. If someone were to rip off Oddworld music, it could have at least been something interesting.
