Abe16 06-27-2003 08:43 PM

if you watch nick it'll show commercial's about it so its just a click a way on the changer so watch it:)

Big_Bro_Slig222 06-27-2003 10:37 PM

It stinks. It's a movie about a girl who talks to animals, and 5 or so babies that looked like they were used to test baseball bats.
God, I hate crossover movies about terrible cartoons.

paramiteabe 06-28-2003 02:20 AM

Oh gosh not another Rugrats movie. Can we say boreing!?

Whats next Rugrats in Space? Mann can we kill our selves over this film? I wouldn't see this movie or any of the other ones if my Head was sewn to the theater carpet!

Sekto Springs 06-28-2003 12:32 PM

yes sadly the rugrats meet wild thornberrys or something lame ass like that....they only make those movies because nickelodeon's loosing money...and i doubt they will make any off this movie...i mean theyre all washed up, and rugrats are for 2 year olds.....

I highly doubt if Nick's loosing money. They still have a massive viewing audience, and are chock full of damn commercials. Thats just for the individual stations. Nick is owned by the MTV Networks or something like that... Huge income.

Also, they're definately going to make money off this movie. Its stupid to think they wouldn't, seeing as its based around some of their biggest cartoons. ANY movie nick makes is going to make money. Lots of it, at that.

Rugrats isn't for 2 year olds either. A while before when Dill came along, It started going down IMO. You have to realize, theres only so many realistic storylines or real life problems you can put into a cartoon. The older Rugrats are humerous, and have half decent plots. I also like the older animation style, I liked the feel the older Nicktoons gave. You can watch all of the older episodes if you have Nicktoons TV, which pretty much focuses on the older shows Nick had. The new rugrats are shit though, I can't argue against that:)

In short; think before you speak.

Sekto Springs 06-29-2003 01:40 AM

thinking aint my strong suite pal....anyway nick is losing money, due to less viewers due to spongebob going off air soon, wild thornbeeries losing fans due to the movie which reviews said was bad.... think before you reply to the person who doesnt think before he speaks...uh yeah

Majic 06-29-2003 01:46 AM

I thought Spongebob just wan't going to get any new episodes? I highly doubt Nick would take Spongebob off, ever, seeing as they still have even Hey Arnold on.

W.T. isn't going to loose a fanbase because of movie reviews, seriously. People who like the show are going to go see the movie, and they're going to like the movie. Even if they for some reason don't like the movie, though, they're not going to stop watching the show that they saw the movie because of.

I thought.

Sekto Springs 06-29-2003 01:56 AM

you thought wrong.....tom brokaw doesnt lie:fuzemb:

Abe16 06-29-2003 03:29 AM

like ren and stimpy i doubt the cartoon has anymore fans because life is like a bowl of pudding without the pudding.

If your saying Ren & Stampy doesn't have any more fans,(I think you are) I beg to differ. I don't believe you konw that new Ren & Stimpy episodes (same animators, creator) have just premiered on TNN. It's on primetime, so I don't think you get to stay up to watch it.

Indeed, when the took Zim off the air it hurt them alot, lost alota viewers

Sekto Springs 06-29-2003 03:14 PM

yes i know, i love Zim, so true.... that was one of their many many big whoops. but for some reason they still use Zim characters for nickelodeon advertisements.
weird:fuzconf:

What ever CARTOONNETWORK and it's little late night premier ADULT SWIM are the best and I bet they have a shit load more money than NICKOLODEON will ever dream of having. Still I like the RUGRATS. Oh as well as TNN.

Death to Klasky Csupo

Man, this animation company called Klasky Csupo has Nick by the balls, they have 3 full length movies along with every conceivable crap product you can think of, from episodes on tpae to back packs for the Rugrats. This show has been on for more than a decade. Not only that, Klasky Csupo has made many hideous shows that were plugged and shown by Nick such as
As told by Ginger(Lame and looks like ass)
The Rugrats(Ditto)
Rocket Power(God this blows. Another strike is that it is my bro's fave show!)
The Wild Thornberries(This show sucks with the exception opf Donnie, who is voiced by Flea, and Nigel.)
Aaaah! Real Monsters(This one wasn't half bad)
Some sadass show about brothers that is so worthless I can't even remember its name.

Sekto Springs 06-30-2003 11:13 PM

those cock suckers, Arlene Klasky and Gabor Csupo can blow my balls! they suck at animating and grew through child hood trama and flummoxing life stories....so i heard...sure they make lots of Nick's money, there whole idea is to entertain you when they give a buttload of mental pain.

SeaRex 06-30-2003 11:33 PM

Heh... it's funny that Klasky Csupo practically own Nick.

Lately, Nick has been showing Angry Beavers, which is pretty OK, and Rocko, which is great. All they need now is Pete and Pete, and I'll be content.

Disgruntled Intern 07-01-2003 12:46 AM

Nick is owned by viacom, which is a syndicate owned by Mtv Just thought I'd clear that up.

Majic 07-01-2003 01:39 AM

Yes, what DI said. I never bothered researching.

I'm happy that Rocko at least has a time on Sunday now at least. It got picked so often on U-Pick live or something like that. WHo cares if I get 3 hours of Rocko every morning, at least hes making a comeback:)

I also get to watch Pete & Pete on Nogin. Envy me in immense jealousy, Luke!

Disgruntled Intern 07-01-2003 01:46 AM

too bad they only show the same 10 episodes of pete and pete over and over on nogin.

Your not supposed to mention that.
