UFO stories.
Hi once again.
I was looking back over my first thread, and I have decided that my first post, wasn't really a relevant discussion starter. So I want to give the Oddworld forums another chance. Here is an interesting topic that pretty much everyone has some kind of story on; UFO and alien encounters/sightings. Have you seen anything before? do you know someone who has? Perhaps you have actually been abducted, or you have experienced "missed time" after seeing something strange? Personally, I have only ever sighted some strange looking craft, usually either square shaped, or round. Most of the time the only defining feature is the increadible and other-wordly speed with which they move. I do personally beleive, but think that because of the time it takes for them to get here, that by the time they reach us, they are either dead or dying. But I want to know what you have seen... 4ourth. |
Theories right now, point to the either the blues or the greys inhabitating our moon. And that nasa continues to cover up satelite photos showing an alien lunar colony, and mining operation on the moon.
Probably the most credible source in talking about the whole UFO cover up by the United States after the Roswell incident in 1947, is the Day After Roswell. This book was written by a forme Pentagon official Ret. Col. Phillip J. Corso. He was in charge of the Armys research and development program. When Corso was younger, he actually saw one of the aliens that died in the crash at roswell, being transfered from the military installation he was assigned to. I'll post some quotes, excerpts, etc. as soon as I can find it again. But as I stated it has to be one of the best, informative, and credible book written on UFOs and the coverup ever written. |

I hope I don't get shot for saying this, but thinking back, this is pretty strange. I was out walking my dog one day, I was on my way to the Mc.Donalds because I hadn't eaten all day. It was about 2 pm, and it was a sunny day. I could see a flash of light, some kind of metal reflecting the sun off of itself. I hadn't seen this there before, so I decided to investigate. The metallic object itself, was peeking over the top of a grassy hill, so I had to walk for quite some time up this hill to get to it. All the way up, the dog was acting weird like he could sense other dogs or something. When we got to the top, we came to this human hieght fence, that had a strange looking device behind it, this was what was reflecting the light. This device was like a transmitter/reciever, but it did not have any kind of structure to suggest that. It looked similar to the odd devices around the perimeter of Area 51. The reason I am telling you this, is because I noticed it had written on the side of it "Lunic Transiever 7". At the time I just dismissed it as some sort of weather radar, but still found it a bit fishy that the thing was behind a fence designed to keep people out. I now beleive that it may have something to do with this so called "moon base coverup". Also, a little while back, I can remember a school trip I did out to an observatory. I was offered a chance to operate and view through the telescope. I pointed it to the moon (Just out of curiousity really. I saw this strange movement, that looked like it was on the surface, little black round things circling about. I told the attendant there, asking him what he was. He took a little look and said "Ah, must be flies on the scope, how strange.." and he seemed quite calm about it. We continued to tour about the rest of the site, and the showed us a few other things. When we finished and it was time to pack up, we all headed back to the bus. There was a large, black car, and a black van, parked at the far end of the car park. To my suprise, there was the observatory attendant, bending over talking to someone inside the car, and only standing up to point to the observatory that we were in. Yet again, I now suspect that this has some kind of connection. Has anyone else living in the Goonhilly, Cornwall area seen anything like this? 4ourth. |
Wow, you guys sure have long post.... *not bothers reading it*
Anyways I believe Alien exist, i cannot believe that we are the only intelligent race in the universe.... since we are so stupid there must be other race better then us.... |
What others should tell people who dont believe (which is perfectly fine) and say show me some proof. Respond with show me proof that they are not out there. There is much more evidence to prove that aliens and UFOs are here, have been here, and will continue to be here.
I highly doubt that every single UFO case in history could be positively explained. It would be one of the most ignorant statments that in this Universe, that there is not another life form, or beings out there in this endless void. And Fourth Concept, that is a really creepy thing that happened. I'll have to also find the link to a site that had a brief news broadcast about someone who studies satelite photos and found strange objects and man made type structures on the lunar surface. |

My house does. It keeps old people at bay. |
Wow, creepy stories. I've never heard of any theories about aliens on the moon, and I haven't had any experiences like yours...but there is one thing.
The last bed I had was a wooden bunk bed, and just occassionally I'd like to sleep on the bottom. However, one night I was half-awake and looked up to see a face looking down at me from the other side of the ladder. It wasn't a Grey, but I remember its face being whitish with boney protrusions. There were tall figures standing behind it, so tall I couldn't see their heads because they were behind the bottom of the upper bed. Of course, looking back at it I'm more inclined to believe it was just a dream, as I was totally into UFOs and aliens at the time (whereas I'm only occassionally intrigued by the paranormal now, and not usually alien-related stories) but was also scared witless by them, but I know that at the time and for a long time afterwards I believed it was real. If my memory serves me correctly, we drove up to Scotland the next day, but it's too long ago for me to say that with certainty. I did draw a picture of what I thought I saw in the car, which wasn't very accurate. Ah, if only Justin or Sydney were still here, they love this sort of stuff. |
my mate has recently got these weird scratches on his arm, in a perfect diamond shape...its really weird, he just woke up and they were there! it might be aliens, and i was round his house when he woke up so he didnt do it himself...hmmmmm...weird.

Scary...
I haven't seen any strange objects or moving stars or something, but I've seen some weird things anyway. Right outside our house there's a big field (nothing grows there but grass). One morning when we woke up, there was this huge ring in the grass. It really showed against the field (is that right..?). We have a picture of it. People told me deers usually make rings in the grass, but I don't think it's made by them, the rings was a bit too big. And mum told me a story about UFO:s. It was long ago and I don't know if it's true, but I think so. She said that she and my brother was in the kitchen, doing something. They had a open window a bit away. My brother went away to it for some reason and said there was something weird on the same field as above. Mum looked out of the closed window and saw nothing, but when my brother moved away, she looked out of the open one and saw a big, cigar-shaped black thing standing in the grass. She could see it from the open window but not through the closed one. A few hours later it was gone. I think this is really weird. If mum's story is true, I wonder why it happened twice on the same place. |
Strange body marks...
Hi again
Now that you mention strange body marks, I have a story there too. I was staying up in the north of England for a week with some freinds during the y2k celebrations. We were all swapping ghost stories and shit like that when the wife of the person we were staying with, Rachel I think, said that she had woken up one morning with a hand print on her belly. Now, this woman is certainly not mad or anything, and she always sleeps on her back. She described the hand print as being quite human ish, but with something like 6 or 8 fingers, and each finger was about twice the length of the human ones, a sizeable hand! She showed us a photo of it, she said that when the photo was taken, the hand print was already starting to fade, but you could just make it out. I seem to remember it being red, like as though she had been lying on her hand for hours and hours - but it wasn't her hand (obviously). And there definately was about 6 or 7 fingers there, all REALLY long and thin. I have heard lots of other stories about strange marks, but this one was just really strange, it tipped the balance for me between being a sceptic and being a beleiver. Rachel was and still is such a normal person, none of the whole family had ever experienced anything, or claimed to have experienced anything. Weird no? 4ourth. |
i dont believe it. My mates scar has just vanished! no trace, no mark, no healing symptoms. It just gone! ALIENS!
|
:
There seems to be a whole thing going on here with these odd markings, I beleive they call them semi-permanent tattoos - Kidding! But seriously, these things happen all over the world, and they happened with such frequency, that it would have had to have been the worlds largest hoax if it was fake. There are many ways the "aliens" try to communicate, but it seems the biggest, and most popular way, is the way that the governments cannot cover up. Although it has been proven that "wheat graffiti" or crop circles as they are better know, are fakes. There are one or two other strange means, that remain totally unexplained, and totally inexplicable. The universe is certainly FAR too massive to not have life somewhere else. 4ourth. |
:
One thing that also occurs to me is another reason the goverments dont say they exist, and dismiss people who claim to be abducted are just crazy, making it up, dreaming, etc. Is they have no power to protect people in our world, and to prevent them from being "taken". Which then implies to them they have no real power, if they cant even protect the people they were ordered to serve. |
:
Another theory I have had on this, is that in fact, the governments have known all along, and that they have been making earth look like a target to attract more aliens, and therefore more intelligence. But this is far fetched. One thing that puzzles me greatly however, is how the people can think that governments have all the power over this. They cannot change what people have seen, no matter how much they can silence them. When I think about it, people seem to want the governments approval that what they have seen or encountered was real, and that they are doing something about it. The mere fact that our whole world seems to place itself at the mercy of government agencies angers me - We are all people, and if it weren't for us people, there would be no armies and such to fight for the governments twisted causes - They have no regard. If we are going to fight these aliens, it should be something that we should all know about, and eventually, we will have to know if we are to combat them - This leads me to disbeleive all the government coverups, and that in fact, the governments know nothing. I mean, if you were a retired airforce general, all you had to look forward to was a lousy state pension, and a regimental, purposeless 30-40 years on the horizon, wouldn't you consider writing a bullshit novel about covert alien operations etc. to boost your bank account? I certainly would, and I am sure most other people would aswell. I dunno, call me a hypocrite, call me whatever you like (Jacob, Facs, please don't take this as an invitation :D) but I just don't think that the US government, along with others, know as much as we think. One thing I do know though, is that there are some very strange things that have happened, that physically can't have happened - all things that governments cannot cover up - Rods for example, that move too fast for the human eye to see, and appear to exist at a sub molecular level, and can therefore pass through nets and walls etc. Like the unverse, this topic is an open ended one. It has no answers, only possibilities. Relating to the Universe; Black occurs where there is no light. No light occurs where light is not being reflected. Either this means that light escapes through the walls of our universe, or light hasn't yet reached the walls of our universe, OR our universe has no walls, and is of infinate size and capacity. Deep man. 4ourth. |
Or that by the time the light has reflected off the walls of the universe and reached us here on Earth, it's dispersed so much that it is carrying practically no energy and just cannot be detected. Or, even better, since the Universe is expanding at or faster than the speed of light, the light can never actually reach the walls to bounce off.
And re: rods. I was stunned when I first saw the program on telly about them, but after reading a very down-to-earth evaluation of them I decided to stop being so impressed, since those effects could so easily have been created by insects reflecting light. I forget the page, but it puts up a damned good arguement. |
:
It's a strange, magnificant world we live in, and sometimes, some things even more amazing than aliens can be found right under our own noses. But such a diverse and amazing world, couldn't logically be one of a kind in a universe of such a size, so I will still always hold interest in paranormal alien activity. Now as for your comment on fences Facsimile, what I mean is this fence was REALLY big, it had razor wire, signs warning of VERY high voltages etc. This fence was the grandaddy of all fences, it was specifically designed to keep out curious onlookers at all costs. Max; Your theory about light is quite true, but with one exception; if something travels at the speed of light, it then becomes light. There is a reason why light travels at the speed it does you know! Read Einsteins theory of relativity and you will see what I mean. NOTHING can accelarate to the speed of light without either becoming light, or causing some kind of inexplicable anomaly because the universe cannot sustain such force or happenings. 4ourth. |
If you want some pretty hilarious shit about aliens you gotta trawl the 'net for this website. It is by this wacky group called the Luciferian Liberation Front or something like that. Anyway, it says that aliens are keeping us locked down from advancing because they are threatened by us. They also propound an odd theory that aliens are masqurading as Angels and giving visions and messing with our heads and will get rid of the true believers during the rapture by taking them away in hovercrafts. They also explain the whole gray and blue alien thing in a rather entertaining way, write some really funky stuff about the Tower of Babel and have a sheet describing various alien races. Borg Jesus for president!

The problem with black holes, is that their gravity is so great, that they suck in everything until they get too large for the gravity to be distributed evenly across the surface of the defunct star to make it powerful enough to suck stuff in. Once the black hole has sucked in so much that its got so large that its own gravity has become weak, it collapses in on itself, leaving a field of strange gasses and asteroids. - When you think about it, its a wonder that whole planets don't get sucked in to these things - I mean, according to certain scientists these things are "holes in the universe". But to be honest, I think that's a bit of a dream. That theory is not consistant with the way the rest of the universe works, and sounds more impressive than feasable. Imagine how INTENSE the surface of a black hole star must be; It's gravity is so powerful that even light reflecting off its surface gets pulled back in again! BUT, this thread is about UFOs, not solar physics (good DJ name!). Personally, I think Stephen Hawking is the worlds most wasted mind - HE could be working in biology looking for cures, or in plasma physics working on the fusion generator. But instead he is teaching us thing we will never use. Such is the result of mankinds pathetic questions. :D 4ourth. |
Bah, you've gone beyond me with all that.
But I love Stephen Hawking - what a dude! He's helped to dispell the utter rubbish that the disabled are inferior people and/or are incabale of living 'regular' lives. Plus he inspired MC Hawking, which can never be a bad thing. |

He had a sexual affair with his nurse... pretty encouraging to all those wheelchair-bounds who felt they couldn't do anything with their lives. Which, I guess, is what I mean by a normal life. Stupid term... urm, would decent life make more sense? Not really, but hey ho.
