want Mudokon w/gun pic
I swear I remember seeing a cool picture of a Mudokon (possibly a mean looking Abe) holding a rather large gun.
My details may/are probably be off. Plus my memory could be playing a horrible trick on me but it was fairly recent. If anybody knows what I'm talking about and have the power, please post it for me. Thanks. |

No...it was pre-MO and it's an actual CG image that looked like it was in a factory setting with a mean looking Abe/Mudokon holding a big rail-gun or something.

I think I know which one you mean Its the one where you can see down into the gun and the mudokon has one of its eyes closed and its gun is really big is that the one?

I think I know the image you are referring to, but I don't have it.
It's not an official image, but there were a couple of guys back on the ezBoard forums (and I think they signed up here too) who were running a site for Oddworld quake mods. One of them was named Chairwalker I think. Anyway, I think these guys had an Abe with a gun. If I can find the URL of their site, or the image, I will post it here. Abe Babe... Edit: OK... I didn't have to look far for at least part of what you are looking for. I checked Chairwalker's profile in the Memberlist and found the site. Bad news is the site seems to only have a front intro page. Good news is... they have this banner which features the image in question. http://www.moddworld.f2s.com/pics/banner2000.gif I guess it's not the complete image though. i don't know about any of you guys, but i would love to run around and blow people up as Abe in Quake (GREAT stress reliever if your stuck in MO...lol). Would you happen to have any idea where those might be located so that i may download meself a Quake-Abe, Abe Babe? Thanks a lot if you do.

...but that's not the image. In fact it's really off. The image I remember seeing is a Mud (possibly Abe) holding a large gun but it's from a side view (like in Abe games) but it's larger and it looks like it's in a factory setting and is dim litted. Maybe I'm just confabulating all this, but it's so vivid in my head and I remember seeing it at a site. BTW it looked official like some CG artwork made by OW. |
I'm probably "still" on the wrong track... but the only other image I know of a Mudokon and a gun is this one...

Yeah. Anyone can make a pic of what ever they want. I'm just saying that your point was kind of inrelavent because allthough muds don't carry guns in the games there may still be a lot of pictures of them carrying guns.. |
