i dont know where lorne is form, but i do know that he created the series and that he is the president of oi.

How the heck did he come up with all the crazy ideas' in Oddworld?

I read somewhere that he is part native American Indian. I'm probably wrong about that though, as it's not exactly the kind of thing you usually read in articles/interviews.

I know from articles but I don't remember seeing a profile or anything of him on the web (maybe the official site should have designer bios)...

I'm pretty sure McKenna-san and Lanning-san worked in Hollywood, McKenna-san doing production and Lanning-san doing SFX.

I sort of remember him being part Native American (memory is so subjective) but for whatever reason he was inspired from many different sources pertaining to the problems in OUR world and wanted to make a fresh gaming experience and thus Oddworld was born..

I know how Lanning created Oddworld. I read it somewhere that his ideas for Oddworld came from our world. Oddworld is supose to be evolved around the problems of our socity. He explains that Abe is like the little guy. Also it is based on how greety corpruations deplete and destroy the wilderness. I think Lanning is a lybral and this is his way of bring his voice to the world. Which is cool I might ad.

Maybe California? That's were oddworld grows upon.
