As for sligs, I'd say they were like...giant ants before the Glukkons came around. Think about it: How can you live as indipendant individuals in the wild with scrabs/fleeces/paramites when all you have are 2 legs and a tail?! |

well since the slig queen works for the magog I doubt there are many wild sligs out here

Sligs were originally swamp-dwelling creatures, although at what point they left the swamps is unknown. Maybe it was millions of years ago, but maybe it was just after the Cartel whisked away the Slig Queen. If they were swamp-dwelling, then they'd be safe from Scrabs, Paramites, Meeches, Sea Rexes, Slogs and other nasty creatures, plus the Vykkers probably hadn't created Fleeches as they are today back then. We don't know that Skillya is the only Slig Queen, so there may be wild Sligs still.
For all we know, all native and liberated Mudokons can possess other creatures. They just...don't. Maybe it's quite a traumatic experience, or maybe they just can't be bothered. Might be quite cool seeing Abe's Crew getting stuck in a pit of Scrabs and having to all possess Scrabs to fight off the remaining ones. Would be interesting to see Abe's Crew get in any danger at all, they always disappear when trouble comes by. |

If Paramites and Scrabs meet you can expect a viscious hoedown. It was planned for MO, but never made it. There are indeed production pictures of Sam and Maggie, but I'm out of practice with posting pictures. Hopefully I should have attached Sam. You can ask for Margaret in Xavier's Picture Request Topic.

Well while we are on the subject of the Queens does naybody know the names of the Queens for the oddworld creatures

There are three queens that we know about. The Glukkon queen is called Lady Margaret, but she's also refered to as Maggie, unless she's within earshot. She's the boss of the Magog Cartel and gives birth to all the Glukkons, giving birth to lots at once.
The Mudokon queen in called Sam, and she's being held captive by the Vykkers to produce labour eggs and to have top secret experiments run on her. She's a suicidal pill-popping bitch, and needs to be constantly supervised by a Shrink. The Slig queen is called Skillya, and she's a money monger of the highest degree, selling her children to the Magog Cartel for profit. When Sligs misbehave one too many times, their sent to Skillya's Lair while Skillya herself things up new and delicious recipes to include them in. |

Are there any Close-up pic's of sam....and it's weird the Queen's maggie and sam look nothing like there children how come?what if the queen die's? who give's birth toa thing that big?and are there any female glukkon( apart from Maggie) to give birth to a new queen or somthing?

Those are the only pictures of Sam and Maggie we have, although there are pictures of models of Sam sculpted by Farzad. There's also a sample picture of Sam, but Yahoo deleted it. As for information about how the Queens create other Queens and how they're fertilised and what happens if they die, nobody knows.
