need help AO beginner
 

plz help ihave 3 questions, on the very first level i am trying to get to zulag 2 in the big moving globe but when i get to the other side the metal door is shut! why? second i have rescued 14 guys ont the first level but cant find the other 14 are they in zurlag 2? and the third is i managed to get to scarabina but cant do the first bit to get elum, any hints guys?[COLOR=orangered]:fuzblink:

Hi and welcome to the forums!

1: The reason you can't get to Zulag 2 is because you're not
supposed. You'll find out why later in the game.

2: There are secret areas scattered throughout the game. In the
first level, search behind barrels that hide the floor (for
example, on the first or second screen, there's a barrel sticking
out of the floor, you can get down there by pressing 'down'.
There is also one in the part with al the bombs in the gaps.).
Also, there are a few sneaky secrets too. In some of the holes
you have to open, (By a lever or a ring, hint, hint), there's a
secret areas too. Just open em, and run into them.

3: You can either climb up the ledge where you can see debris
falling down, or you can turn on the well with the switch. (The
switch has a rather 'unpleasant' surprise...)

gettin elum is somewhat challenging in scrabania, the level for beginners ta start with his mostly paramonia, any way the elum....there is a slig on a ledge and a UXB bomb is there not, and some landmines below... and a well, jump up quick and activate the UXB bomb before the slig sees you, the slig will step on it and explode, slig problem taken care of, next screen there is another slig, when hes not lookin climb up on the ledge and pull the lever when hes on the X, then SPLAT! then go pull the lever where the slig was, below, note: stand on the side where there is x when you pull the lever, it tricks you. this turns on the well leading to another well in the distance, in the foreground youll see a slig and the elum bell, possess and kill the slig and go to the elum bell, ring it, and instant elum

Now i wonder why that door was never open :rolleyes:
