what happened to the creatures we loved?
 
how many of you guys are mad at OWI for making paramites like pigs and scrabs slow lion like things, they've defaced these sacred species:fuzsad:

Hmm well all I have to say is OWI put lots and lots of effort in the creatures. But when they had to rebuild the game for X-Box in the amount of time they had, we got the cheap version of paramites and scrabs.

It couldn't be THAT hard to cut the sounds out of the original games, and put them in MO, rather than go to the nearest petting zoo and record the souds pigs make?

I mean, the Scrabs sound like seals with a cold, not to mention the weird souds 'Mites make...

Poor voicing effects are the kryptonite to Oddworld's Superman... The cultural predujice to their X-Men... the bankruptcy to their Batman...

Personally, I thought there was alot more wrong with Munch's Oddysee in terms of going with the first two than cheap sound bytes... I hated everything about the bird-system. Here's a question: When did they file down the slog teeth and give the slig's rubber bullets?
