Is Oddworld turning to machines?
 

Though we have Shrienks and Greetors. Could there be a race of machines created by industrialist? Like say the Kahnzumers. They got carried awey in building their technology. So now the machines malfunctioned and become independant of them selves. Thus resulting in a seperate race of sadistic machines running these power electrical factories and torturing another race of beings on the bottom of the food chain like Mudokins. Only with these guys they would be generating electrical energy for the rest of the Magog. Sort of like the Magog's power source distributed all over Mudos. I can just imagine this race of beings running in giant mouse wheels sort of like the old quick time movies of the early Munch. surrounded by independant machines that torture and hover shooting out electrical energy at their slaves for their prefered lifestyal. That would be cool.

It would be sort of like the Matrix and these machines sort of genetically birth the race they torture. I think that would be a cool idea for Oddworld. What do you think? Oh and do share your ideas on this topic.

Great Idear!!!!

I guess we will see some other kind of mechanical intelligence. I just don't have any ideas about how they would look like. Haven't thought about it yet.

meh....id rather it be more Wildlifey. with strange cretures galore where one species is growing eviler, blacker, darker, sharper, pointier due to some sort of presence of a being. abe must then venture through the strange land, then sneak through the castle they made for the being that makes them evil and some other such greatness.

although there are still 3 more games to be made so both would be cool.

no it would'nt! i always have to explane this, its getting on my nerves. THE MACHIENE IDEA CAME FROM TERMINATOR FIRST! SOME OF THE MATRIX PLOT IS A RIPOFF FROM IT!!!!!

Whatever the point is that I was looking at a possiable machine race on Oddworld that would be independant weather it is like The Matrix or Terminator it doesnt matter. It would be different not exactly like those movies. It would be funny and odd looking like seeing a race of Greetors all haveing a mind of their own. You see?

forget it for greeters... but like I said it is pretty possible for shrinks

robots would be cool, it would add a new catargory.

glukkons/sligs/ect. = the advaced power hungry strong guys.

vykkers/interns/ect. = the smart, quick but weak guys.

greeters/shrinks/snoozers? = the high-tech pest guys.

I thin there is too much for Abe and Munch to deal with already. If you were to bring in another industrial "species", then they should put another natural one in! :fuzvamp:
