Summer vacation around the cornor well at least for most of us!
 

Hello fellow forumers I just want to say that Summer Vacation starts for me, in just 1 more month yay!

Anyway what are your plans for the summer? I think this summer I am going to be putting in good use with my art so I can show it off in a very professional manner. Other than that I plan on going on road trips with my friends and just relaxing. So what are you going to do? I pitty those who have school all the way up to July. Mann that must really suck. I never in my life had school that long. In highschool it ended the first week in June. In Grade school the first day of June. Now I have four full months off. Mine starts in May. When does yours start?:fuzgrin: :D :eek:

Four full months? Wow. Can someone explain the way American holidays work? Over here we have four terms of 10 weeks with two week holidays in between them. Except over Christmas we have six weeks off.

Usually well at least in my state we have six months of school then three months of Summer. But it is different in other states.

Since I am in college that doesnt apply for me. My school year consist of nine week semesters. Theres a Fall Semester and then a Spring Semester which ends in May and if you want, a Summer semester but I usually take the summer off. Not many people go for Summer and if they do they take maybe only one class or a lighter load. Its nice when your in college because you can choose when ever you want to go to school. It is so much better because you make your own decisions in college and it is totally an optional thing to do. In other words after High School its all up to you weather you want continue your education or not and I suggest you do because it is worth it. It is all completely you when your in college. There is nobody telling you or holding your hand when you get to college. You are your own judge and jury on what you do. That is one of the reasons its so cool.

We haven't even had our spring break yet. It's in like two weeks, and summer vacation starts in early june/late may.

I'll be working the majority of the summer. But only during the days. Nights will be nothing but fun.

summer! its seems i got ages over here in Britain! but i still cant wait!

almost 2 months and i will be living life the way I like it swimming every day and biking and shopping like wild at the mall but best part is staying up and sleeping in late though normaly bed time is 10:00 p.m. but i do have to get up at 7:00a.m. and whe i get older it will get worse

I have only 38 more school days till summer break.

1 more week till a 2 week break for me.

i get out may 25 i think. ill be spending about 90% of my time at Al's house hanging out with his brother and him
