Well, The Oddworld Inhabited web-site said that they'd be updating it SOMTIME in january. And they don't just get off another game project to snap their fingers and change the web-site. I'm saying that they're gonna be doing Munch's Exoddus or Hand of Odd and they can't get just Stop to update a web-site.

they're not even thinking of starting hand of odd yet..they're still in the conceptual stages as of now, and probably won't even start untill they're done with the quintilogy..
why start the Habitale series when the quintilogy is yet to be finished? doesn't make sense Mudokon101...as for them not upgrading, maybe if you send them whiny little emails they'll do it just for you... |

I heard they are going to upgrade sometime in January. They did not give specific date though. so that is probally what the problem is. We might start seeing something in the weeks to come. So just wait and it will come soon. If I were you I won't look at the site for a long time and when you go back to it you will see something new. I am not going to look at it until Febuary by then there has to be something new. I am going to wait anouther month. There is probally a lot of stuff they are putting on the site and it's taking them a while. And also it's after the holidays. GOOD THINGS COME TO THOSE WHO WAIT! ;)

The answer to why the site hasn't been updated yet is most likely not because the team are too busy on Munch's Exoddus or the site's new content, but because they're still on holiday. Most websites I know are 're-opening' on the tenth, and that's a few days away still.
I bet OWI have sorted out all the updates, and just have to load the new stuff online. I doubt they'd leave it till this late to begin figure out what really should be done already. |
I couldn't have said it better myself Max! (although I did say something like that the other day, yet still people don't understand).
I really think all of you in this post who are complaining and whining about the updates not being up need to start to get some patience. Oddworld are doing these updates for us the fans, not because they have to... so you should show them some courtesy by being patient. Sending whiny emails is not going to give them a very good impression of you. Just take into consideration that it has just been a holiday period. I know what it is like working on a website on a professional basis. What my intended deadline is going to be sometimes changes for different reasons (often out of my control). Abe Babe...
