Funny things in games
 

Hello everyone. What is some funny things or scenes you have seen in games or you have done in games.

• In FFX there is a scene where Tidus talks to Lulu. And she asks him if he likes Yuna. You can choose to say he likes Lulu and she says to him to wait in line.
• In FFVIII Irvine is funny as he is a real pimp! He is always trying to chat up the ladies.
• In FFIX Vivi is always falling over.
• In FFVII Cloud is weaing a dress to pretend to be a girl.
• In Kingdom Hearts Goofy and Donald are trying to make Sora smile and Sora gives a really false smile that looks funny.
• In FFVIII Zell is always worrying about Hotdogs. And when you are choosing things to do when Garden is attacking you can choose to check the Hotdogs in the cafeteria.
• In FFX Tidus is on the SS Liki ship and he is using binoculars to look at Lulu's cleavage.
• In Kingdom Hearts these bad guys called Round Bodies have a attack where they are running after you and it looks very funny.
• In FFVIII Squall is talking to a woman in a bar and you can choose to ask her if she is really a woman. And she will say to Squall that he is not interested in her.
• In FFVII you can find Tifa's underwear.
• In FFIX Quina uses forks as weapons, where is the spoon and knife!!!!
• In FFVIII you can choose an attack called Devour and it plays some soft music and says censored as the monster is meant to be eaten.

Aww... I was gunna say that!

Anyway,
I'd have to say the part in FFVI where the group goes to buy clothes for Gau- I just love Sabin's comment when Celes suggested a black suit for Gau:
"Is this it? Me go to funeral?"
And then he gives Gau a bright-red tracksuit.
"Perfect! Functional, yet sporty! Done!"

And then there's the part in FFV, where Butz,Bartz or whatever you like to call that guy, goes into the library in Karnak(or something like that) and when you search the "P" shelf, Butz tries to find Playboy-magazines.

The abduction part in FFIX is also funny.
Zidane" Let's ditch Sir Rustalot and get outta here!"

In FFVII, the part where Barret chose Cid as the new leader, Cid replies with something like "Pain in the ass. Forget it!".

You know... This list would be very long if I'd tell every cheesy part from all the games I've played...So I'm gonna stop here.

Hello Red Muse. In FFVIII when you are in Dollet you go to a shop and can ask to buy the "naughty magazine". But the lady tells you you are too young. Later you actually find a naughty magazine and need to give it to someone (I cannot remember whom) but he really thanks you for it.

I know lots of funny things in games too. I always come up with them. But they are mainly from FF games, so maybe some other people have some things from some other games too.

Hello Summoner Yuna.

OIn SPIDER-MAN the first game for PSX, there is a part where you go to a door. This is a huge door. You yell at VENOM, Spidey's worst enemy, and he opens the door controls. He takes a quick look through the peephole and says "who is it?" then he opens it and grabs Spidey and throws him on the ground, says "Come In!" and dissapears.

O Then there is that one part in HotShot's Golf(This is an experience/game I have had before), where when you make a really really really REALLY bad shot, it'll show a skull/crossbones coming from a talk bubble from his/her mouth. It means they're cussing. I once made that bad of a shot and right when it did the skull and crossbones, I automatically yelled "Crap!" at the same exact time. It was very entertaining, yes.

Now that you mentioned it... I can't come up with anything else funny fromm FFVIII...
But, I do remember this easter egg,
In Eshtar or whatever, there's a weapon shop named "Cloud's".

In FFIX there's also a store that has Cloud's weapon on a wall for show. If you go to it, it says something like "this reminds me of a spiky haired guy" which of course is referencing Cloud.

In Splinter Cell there is a part where three guards are talking bout how real pokemon is...then one of them shines a torch on you and you jump out and shout "PIKA!!" The guard runs away scared!
What a crappy thing...

If you want humor you should try fallout 2. It's got all sorts of humor ( A bit adult but nothing is shown) A very exiting adventure game and the ability to win an award for shovelling dung!

I still like the good old "IT BURNT HOLES IN OUR CUSOMERS HEADS!" sentence from MO...

Furthermore, if you repeatedly click on a unit in StarCrafT, they come up with things like: 'What do I look like? An Orc?' or 'This is not WarCrafT in Space!'

lots of lines from famous movies are used too:

'I love the smell of napalm in the morning!' (Apocalypse Now)
'Do you have questions about propane? or... propane accesories(sp?)' (King of the Hill)

My friend has that Giants: Citizen Kabuto and I have seen a couple of movies from it which are VERY funny. Like in the first one he shuts this aircraft lid on the guys hand while they are flying and it has cool elevator music inside while the guy outside is screaming.

Not really from a game, but this is from a game commercial. A friend at work showed me a commercial for Diablo 2. It's a bit like the Hahn Ice ad (Aussies will know what I'm talking about), but it's made before that ad. The guy sees Diablo 2 characters everywhere in his street, like a Barbarian moving the lawn, etc. In the end he wakes up in bed with an Amazon. It's pretty funny.

As for games, I second what people have said about FF games, there's some funny stuff there. I have a funny quote from FFVIII in my signature, in which Quitsis is trying to talk to Squall, and he coldly tells her to go and talk to a wall instead.

And as everyone would know, there are lots of funny moments in Oddworld. One of my favorites has to be in the Vykkers Suites. When you are in possession of a Vykker and you go and talk to other Vykkers, they say the funniest things!!!

2.Listen to Gregg the Grim Reaper sware about those bloody cats.
(the nine lives make him work extra)
4.Getting drunk and urinating on fire imps to deafeat them.
3.The Borgueuois Big Bollocked Boiler (boss fight.... nuff' said)
5. The Great Mighty Poo(a giant poo monster....that sings opera....I'll let you think about that one)
6.When you fight Uga Buga the giant Cavman in the Coliseum(You mount a raptor and rip large chunks out of his buttocks. No really)


Now that was a game for the ages.

That, and the Timmy scene, FUNNY AS HELL!!
