Farietales Series
What are these games going to be about? I know what the Habitales series is though.

I don't know anything about either one. But I would like to know. What is the Habitales series about, Monkey-Man?
|
It's an Oddworld stradegy game that you can play online and you choose from either the LandMuggers(Glukkons) or TreeHuggers(Mudokons). I also heard there is a third party you can be. From what I read as a Glukkon you can build factories and such and as a Mudokon make your own villages. I might be wrong though. Hands of Odd will be the first game in this series and all the stuff above will be in it...I think. Someone correct me if I'm wrong on this.

Is someone gonna reply or what?

Someone once asked an inhabitant about these two series of games in an OddChat one time. The inhabitant was kind of surprised, saying "Wow, you have a good memory." I kind of got the impression that the Habitales and Farietales were an old idea that had been scrapped. I may be wrong though, so our best bet is to keep our fingers crossed.

Hmm...sorry I don't have much info on this (one of the encyclopedias will be along shortly) but the two series are like this. One of them (I forget which is which) is about the spiritual world of oddworld, and the other is about the everyday life of the inhabitants of Oddworld. I think Farietales is the spirit one, and Habitales is the everday life one, but I could be wrong.

i think that fearitales is all about ghosts and other craetures from beyond the garve.hooooooooooooooo
|
oh by the way. i hope that oddworld dosenot scrap habitales or faeritales becuse they bothe sound awesome.

I remember that Oddchat, Sydney. I sort of had the same feeling. I think that the specific idea of a series called "Habitales" and another called "Fearietales" won't exist, but certainly their universes will be explored in future OWI games. Hand of Odd could be considered a habitales title, for instance.
This is the only bit of info I've got about the fearietales: The fearietales series will make you dance between the mortal realm and the world of the dead. The massive mistery of this series goes deep in an interactive world, full of disturbing levels and fantastic realities. No pain, no blood, only fear and phsycologic terror. |
I always thought the Hand of Odd explicitly was a Habitales game...
