You gave to get some rocks and throw the bee-house (forgot the word) from the pole. Then the bees will attack Elum and scare him.
Just don't get near him when the bees are still attacking...

Throw the bee-hive from the pole? I think you mean you get the rocks (2 screens earlier... right before you encounter the slig guarding the elevator type thing. You should get 2 rocks I remember). Then you throw the rocks at the bee-hive and it'll fall down onto elum. The rest, Alpha-scrab answered. Happy possessing!:fuzsmile:
