I may be wrong, as I am not sure whether a Gluk is the same as a Glukkon, but if it is, with the queen not getting the lung tranplant, she would die, and then the Glukkons would be screwed.

Yes a Gluk is the same as a Glukkon, its just forum slang and yes I do realize that if Lady Margret dies then most of the Gluks will be screwed but then again there are also ton's more Glukkon Queens out there and Im sure that one of them could take Lady Margrets place, anyways Lady Margret is on life support untill another pair of sutible lungs if found.

if maggie feel she will die she will probably give birth to her succesor...

what will be intresting is if maggie survive, because there will be a conflict between both queens
