but it's an oddworld rpg....and what happend to "welcome onboard oko" (sorry if I sound rood or something)by the way I ned some native huts. If any one kan help me odd bless you:D

I can do some Beta testing, I have some exp with RPG2k, plus it's on my PC, so I can run it with out an extra package.

What is this doing in Fan Corner. It seems like someone missed the topic. Dowloadable RPG oddworld right. Sounds like material for General Discussion. Same thing with game type things. Now I have final say for now, and this goes forth from my juristiction once it leaves. If Im wrong I want a PM from someone. Namely anyone in GD who is a mod there. This should not have just been shoved off on me. Sounds like a good topic, and material. Though Im not trying to be mean this just would fit better in an oddworld discussion area. Thanks for your cooperation.

Im not blaming or speaking to you namely. For some reason it was moved with no explanation in the topic by the mods who did it. All Im saying is next time someone moves something please this goes for any mod with moving something unless its downright obvious post that you did move it and or tell why if possible. Because it just showed up one day in FC and I didnt know where it originally came from thats all I was saying though.:) I know as stated its sometimes has no need of an explanation of why it was moved, but for certain threads it would be helpful to all mods, and members so they know where the thread was finally placed. And the circumstances why.

I've been trying to find Oddworld sprites since I MASTERED (Yeah, my games still suck) the program. I've come to the conclusion that no such sprites yet exist... at least in my own experience. I could be wrong. In the mean time, I've attempted to make my own Oddworld sprites. It always seems to fuck up somehow... you know, on the color or the turning features don't line up or the walking doesn't look fluid or the ever common "Dude, that doesn't even look like Abe... That's Piccolo in a cheap loin cloth." (Thanks for the constructive incouragement, Morgan!)
If anyone's REALLY GOOD at bitmaps and microsoft paint when it comes to realistic pictures of the Oddworld characters, give them a try if you don't think you are up to the challenge. Good luck on finding those sprites, chipsets, and facesets! And post them here if you get them... I'd like to take a try at my own Oddworld RPG for once! |
