Well tomorrow I'm going for my Permit Drivers Licence (yes I know I should already have it) and I just know that I'm going to be nervous. Well in case that happens I want to know what the best way to overcome my nervousness???

Put your hand in your pocket and pinch real hard at your leg....

the spell in Japan

Supposing you become it tense and you are nervous, please write a character that is" PEOPLE" to a palm 3 times. and swallow the written character !
Then, you may be able to soften strain. This is the spell in Japan.
The act has the meaning referred to as beating someone(/something) who strains you.

....But since you are not a Japanese, as for this spell, you may not have an effect.

I think Miss Odd is right because when I got my drivers license I was a nervous wreck and I failed the first time because I was too nervous. I ran a stop sign and went left when I was supose to go right and I hit a cone! Talk about embaressing! Anyway you just have to do it and before you know it, it will all be over and surprise you have passed. Just remember when your done with the driveing test and pulling into the parking lot it is not over until the car is off and parked because they can grade you even after the test so don't make any mistake when your done with the test just to be careful. And just pretend that you are practiceing that can take a little nerviousness off my friend!

Relax. Think about what you'll be able to do when you get that licence. Stick a cuddly mascot to the window...

Take you vitamins and say your prayers, Wolfpac.

Mac the Janitor 11-14-2002 10:33 PM

Either that or provoke the less fortunate.

Wolfpac 11-14-2002 11:50 PM

Well I passed and quite easily too. Thanks for the advice guys. Although I didn't try that "PEOPLE" thing, but thanks for that anyway atusiya@

Ugh... I have a nerve problem right now. My all region band tryout thingy tommarrow. I hate nerves. Nerves suck. If I could, I would hurt nerves very badly.

You could always hit your head against hard and sharp objects multiple times.

Mac, that's Hulk Hogan quote. Well, taking vitamins and saying prayers never hurt me.

Hello Wolfpac. How about strong coffee and drugs. Only joking. That would probably make you all hyper or something like that. I cannot really handle nerves very good. But just trying to relax and focus on you doing well. Anyway, congratulations on passing your driving test.

M.O.M 11-21-2002 04:47 AM

mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm....coffee and drugs!

anyway i think just listening to music helps

Majic 11-22-2002 01:10 AM

Listening to music helps in some cases. You see, at all region tryouts (in our area) you have to wait outside a roon hearing people play the exact music you'll be playing whenever. Therefore you have to listen to it.

There seems a wee bit of irony somewhere in there...
