Oddworld: The Movie

On another topic I was inquiring about this but that sort of died and left me hanging so I'm starting this one.

It's about the "movie" OWI made and showed in the theatres for one weekend so they could be eligible for an Oscar or something. From what I've heard it's the AWESOME CG from the first two games (which is the main reason I play Oddworld games, for the CG sequences and story) combined with some new sequences OWI made to fill in the gaps.

OK, now that's established this was my question. I think two people here have seen it and actually have it...so do any of you know how one (me) would go about obtaining or viewing this gem? I REALLY would like to at least see it once.

I'll probably end up bugging OWI directly about this but since that will take a lot longer I wanted to see what I could get from here. Thank you very much.

I think that it was/is available on eBay...but I checked and right now it is not...It's a shame though...It was nominated for an (correct me if I'm wrong) Oscar...

well for one thing it really sucks, it's just all the cg in the game. They only added a bald newscaster to talk to you about the parts in between. I was really disapointed when i saw it, i was hoping for something new.

Now I'm not as excited to see it, but it would still be nice to have all the FMV's on one neat format instead of my sloppy VCR work...

Would be nice to have a 'proper' Oddworld movie!
Maybe In the future the empire of the oddworld forum shall make 'THE' Movie whic shall shake crittics to dust! MMWWAAAHHAHHA!!!
