Can you add an MSN option to the member lookup? It could be voluntary... So if people dont want to make their MSN available, that would be alright!

Okay! I think that would be a good idea... I dont use AIM or ICQ, MSN is a better option for me! I'm not sure, do other peoples use MSN?

Hmmm, it seems that MSN wasn't a feature I thought it was because it did have ICQ, Yahoo and AIM.

Weird.

Maybe the makers of vBulletin dislike Microsoft!

Technically isn't not a feature of vBulletin... but you can also specify custom registration fields in vBulletin ... so with a bit of fiddling it can certainly be included.

Thats what i was thinking too, except for the fact that with the way the profile page is set up that things get messy when you insert a custom field.

I'll see what I can do ... I actually changed the design of the profile page so that it was better layed out (the original profile page layout was boring and just had everything based on one line for each field). I'm sure I'll be able to figure something out seeing there's interest in it.

The MSN field has now been added. If you go to your user profile you will find it under the Additional Information section. I guess it's kind of out of place to the others, but as it is a custom field, we're pretty much stuck with it that way.

I also got the profile page working with the MSN field showing.
