Hmm... I was looking at some of my old posts, and I found something about the Almighty Raisin *cackles in laughter*, and found it's biograhpy on the OW official site. Then I read a bit and found something that said "is always surrounded by ratz", which now brings me to my actual point...

What is a ratz?

Someone help me plz.

Ratz are little creatures who live almost everywhere on oddworld. The Almighty Raisin uses them to gather knowledge of the world around him. He projects his consciousness into them and can see what they see, which is... about everything.

Yes, Miss Odd, it's still too big. Have a look at the rules to see the maximum dimensions for a banner. If you check out Off-Topic Discussion, I believe there are a couple of topics dedicated tor equesting specific banners.

I liked the rats before they added the teeth.

To me, they should have made them close together, and slightly angled and 'chisled' like a real rat. The huge gap inbetween them makes the ratz look overly comical, and almost like they should be naturally stupid.

I only just noticed the teeth... they don't look so cute anymore...

I totally agree with you. It makes them look really strange... :(

I just realized why I associate them with natural stupidity...their teeth are identical to that of ''Goofy", the disney character.

I wounder before OWI came up with Fuzzels was it the rats that were going to be caged up?

I'm not sure... but I think Ratz where intended to be tested too.

I read the info on the site, saying that the Ratz are the Raisin's eyes and ears, but they didn't seem to play a major part in MO, you only saw them a couple of times. Is this another part that was edited from the final version, and may become more obvious later?

Ratz were never intended to play a big role in-game but who knows? I personally would love to see Abe possess ratz and use them to sneek into areas he wouldn't usually be able to get into.

Well, you may not be able to notice them, but Im guessing that Ratz are everywhere; keeping an eye on Abe and Munch for the Raisin so he knows of their progress.
That would be quite an interesting addition to OW4. They may have a very important role in one of the next games...(hint hint, Sam...maybe......)

yes bigbro... ratz are everywhere on oddworld. Maybe even in RuptureFarms but we didn't noticed them :fuzwink:
