Oddworld: Big Brother.
 

Yes, It's another late night, I'm-bored-out-of-my-mind idea!
Following the recent successes of such topics as the 'oddworld safari' and 'our oddworld stars', and the (supossed) success of the actual Bid Brother TV show, and it's take offs, I have decided to create a Big Brother show, Oddworld style, which the Fans will be able to take part in as the house mates.
If you are interested in being a house mate in this topic, could you please PM me with the following information:

- your character's name
- a brief physical description (including race, appearance, age etc.)
- a general idea of your character's personality
- and a list of the items your charcter would take with them. (remembering that you can't take media items, weapons etc.)

I'm gonna then pick between 12 and 15 people who get to RP in the house.
I'm gonna be playing Big Brother, and tasks and diary rooms and such will occure (hopefully) regularly.

People who don't get to be house mates can reply in the topic, but they can't talk to the characters when they are in the house, you also get to vote at regular intervals on who get (sniff) the boot.

I hope you guys will have some fun with this, whether watching or participating. And remember that normal Forum rules apply.

AGE: 8 in mudokon years, about 16 in human age I guess

SPECIES: Native Mudokon

APPEARANCE: Slightly chubby, "normal" height

PERSONALITY: Known to be the village idiot of his tribe, Goozie is wacky, paranoid, and weak. Basically, a paranoid Kramer of Oddworld.

ITEMS: Plastic fork, deoderant, best friend (a stick named Eddie), Pop Tarts, another plastic fork

Thanks Mac. I did say to PM me though, mainly because I don't want everyone to know each others characters.
BTW, I'm only going to let charcter submissions run until the end of the week, then I'll post the selections. If I get heaps of people, then I'll have a long time to pick, but if I don't get many then everyone gets in.
Anyway, I'll write you down for a candidate :)

Very interesting Idea Kesiah. I would love to be a house guest but, I really have little time as I used to, with all my school work and my mod position. Though I would love to be an occasional special guest if possible as maybe Alector too if she wishes, to sometimes, chat with you guys, and keep you updated on new fan corner events, that will be announced later to the whole forums.

I would also recommend this if you are trying to start an alliance with others, talk to them via Oddchat, Pm, Msn Messenger, or AOL. That way no one will find out your secrets, unless you have a backstabber. Stay odd and have fun!

Remember you are not allowed to leave the house when you have entered. You have one week to get your character settled in the house, choosing rooms and such. You may also make use of the 'diary room' when you wish, but try not to use it at the same time as someone else, and you may not act on any knowledge obtained from the 'dairy room'.

I will also post a map of the house in the morning, though don't expect too much from me, I am not very good at house designs, I'm more likely to 'borrow' one from a previous BB. ;)

I would also just like to inform people to obey my expectations too.

I would like to see some in depth posts, going along with this, not meaning the posts have to always be extremely long, but atleast not spamful, or completely non meaningful. Follow along with the developments with others in the house, and make sure you are reading eachothers, posts, to make sure you have a full understanding with the happenings inside the house. Have fun you guys, and I would like to congradulate Kesiah, on a job well done, of creating another fun, and different topic in FC, and dont forget to follow the Forum rules, my guidlines, and Kesiah's Guidlines for this also. and remember everyone is watching you. ;)

Bye, bye! *picks up suitcase, jackets, a bag of sunglasses, a dog I found on the street, a used bubble gum and a few weapons. Just for the sake of safety* I'm leaving now, berks, and you wont be seeing me for a year. Maybe ten if I get lost in the fridge. Ta.:D

Anyway, here is the first floor plan of the house, I'll get back to you with the second floor later.
Some of you may recognise this from a BB in another country, I just liked the design. :D

Here are what all the numbers mean:
1: This is the first Bedroom, it has four beds, you guys can figure out who sleeps where.
2: This is the second Bedroom, same deal as above.
3: The kitchen! Cook your meals here, or get someone to do it for you.
4: The lounge room, where you can sit back and relax, or watch TV, except there isn't one!
5: The main bathroom, here you can have a shower, bath, or just brush your teeth.
6: This is the garden, including a Meep pen (7) and a swimming pool and spa (8).
9: The Dairy room! You all know what this is for!

That's about all from me know, hope you guys have fun settling in!

Good question. You should see about 3 different small alcoves on the design. The one between the bathroom and Bedrrom1 is the toilet. The one attached to the Meep pen is a store room, and the one just up from that is another toilet.
If anyone has anyother questions, get in now, then we can start this thing!!
