I received a notification that your PM box is full. I think you are allowed to store 100 messages (this includes anything in your Inbox, Sent Items and other folders that you may have). Until you clean out some of the old messages, you cannot send or recieve PMs. Try deleting some messages and see if that works.

I clean out my old pms...

atusiya@ I think you allready got this proble, I know it's hard but try to delete many messages at one time.

      I'm sorry about that! My mail box had become innundated with votes and nominations, I just had to tally them and clear them out. I did get your vote, Atusi. If there was anything else you wanted to send me, then you're good to go! :)
