Travel...
In view of the just completed Odd Tour, I thought I'd start a topic about travel. Have you ever had a memorable trip either to another country or within your country? Or perhaps you have a dream to go somewhere one day.
For me, my most memorable trip was the recent Odd Tour. Visiting Oddworld, meeting Oddworld Fans, and most of all, the times I shared with Justin. It will never be forgotten. Although I have travelled a lot around Australia when I was a kid, and have had three previous trips to the US. The trip I took to the US in 2000, was also special as it was the first time I got to visit OWI Studios. Abe Babe... |

My most memorable trip was to Grenada. It was a beautiful island full of wonderful people...and not to mention all the wild reptiles....and beautiful diving and snorkeling scenes.....Man, I sure do want to go back.

I'd have to say my most memorable trip was to Germany when I was about 4. Germany is such a beautiful country. I really want to go back someday.

Ill be honest with you...Growing up here in Hawaii..living on this 36 mile long rock of trees and beauty..Well its all I have really seen. The farthest trip I took was to the southern most island called Hawaii (Big Island). With all the active Volcanoes and such...Other then that I have only traveled inter island...wich isnt bad...bu isnt much. I will say one thing though..I would never want to live anywhere else but here. Its to peacefull and beautiful to leave...I love my life here on Kauai in the middle of the pacific ocean:fuzsmile:

The most memorable trip I took was to Phoenix and Flagstaff, Arizona. It was amazing, I had never been to a desert before. My favorite part was standing on top of the Citadel, an ancient temple ruin of the Navajo tribe. You could look out onto a grassy plain as far as you could see, as the strong winds swept over the ruin. I visited many other ancient ruins and cliff dwellings, and saw oodles of petroglyphs (rock carvings). I've always been fascinated with Native American mythology, and I brought a Sun Kachina home with me. :D

ah, I had almost forgotten Salem, Mass.
That town is amazing...Especially since I have long been interested in the witch trials. |
