Rapist gets 55 Years Imprisonment
 

The 20 year-old leader of a group of Lebanese-Australian gang-rapists, who cunducted a series of rapes across Sydney has been sentenced to 55 years imprisonment, with a non-parole term of 40 years. He'll be 60 years old before he's eligible for parole.

During the court hearing, the man joked, laughed, gestured at his family and sneered at his victims. When the judge declared the sentence, the man leapt to his feet and yelled at the judge: "I am innocent, I will retain my innocence to the day I die you c*nt!"

The man's mother screamed and fainted, needing medical attention while family and friends filled the courtroom with howls and wails.

The victims were pleased with the sentence.

Many people have been saying the sentence is too harsh. There have been murderer's who've been given less time.

Fifty five years? It should be life.

It basically boils down to what people consider as rape. As forcing Oral upon a girl and bringing her to the height of pleasure, to me, is not rape...well...it is...but the good kind.

Assuming he was guilty, yes. From what you've said there, it sounds like he was, but then I don't have all the information. He sounds like a dickhead anyway...

55 years is longer than life. Life Imprisonment is around 32 years (I think - somewhere in the 30s anyway).

I consider forced sexual conduct of any kind rape.

What I meant was lifetime inprisonment, not a 'life' sentence.

That sicko should of gotten life. Taking away somone's virginity with rape is an awful thing and you can't get it back.

Much as I am loathe to once again play the role of Devil's Advocate, it didn't actually say that any of his victims were virgins...

I think the sentence is fine, shaem they don't have the rest of the group. I'm pleased.

You don't say it like that because people won't know what you are talking about. They would be like drag? What? Drag means alot of things. It means tired and a street road (slang) so it depends on how you said it.

You can say:

"What I planned on wearing is something more in a drag queen type appearance, ya know what I'm saying yo?"
