Alan Duncan, Conservative MP, today publically stated today that he was homosexual. He is the only openly (to the press, at least) gay Conservative politician. Is this a sign of the Conservative party moving forward or will we have to wait for him to be shot dead by Mr Duncan Smith to see the party's stance on homosexuality?
