In octobre 99 we go on holidays in Center Parcs in the Netherlands. There was a show on TV where they had video games charts. Abe´s Exodds was just the 5th! I think it belongs first.

Those kinds of things are usually just an editor's (or writer's) opinion. It's like the magazine's/TV shows top games that they think.

I have seen some where Oddworld games are listed near the top, and then others where they are not included at all. Some of them have the worst games listed as #1... you wonder where they get their choices from.

THERE ARE SOME GAMES BETTER THAN ODDWORLD

1. METAL GEAR SOLID
2. FINAL FANTSY (though i hate the game)
3. SYPHON FILTER
4. PERFECT DARK (it may suck, but millions love it)
5. ODDWORLD

THATS WHAT I THINK, ITS ALL BASED ON THE FANS AND PROMOTION. NOT THE BRILLIANCE OF THE GAME. THOUGH MGS STANDS OUT ALWAYS!

i hate charts. they tell you what's popular, but there's rarely any connection between what's good and what's popular. just ignore them.

You confuse me Oddbodd... how can you think a game is better than Oddworld, but hate it.

BTW... I love Final Fantasy... but I think everyone already knows that! :D Hmmm... maybe I should take up FreakyLA's suggestion!

And Oddworld is the best game IMO.

I can't really say which game is my FAVOURITE, mainly because of the different genres making it hard to compare. I really like Quake2, and have for several years, I like Starcraft and certainly Oddworld. But it's hard to compare them, really hard, because they have very few similarities.

I don't play many other games. Actually I got AO as a cheap present. I was immediatelly hooked!!! I still only play oddworld.
I'm sure there are other great games too, but most of them would'nt work on my pc, and I don't think I would have enough time to play them.
How come you guy's seem to have so much time????
