i made myself a banner but...
 

i've made myself a banner but i can't make it start!
i've made it this way:
step1-i gathered backgrounds and characters in microsoft paint
step2 -i went to microsoft word and made the words

i clicked on properties, it showed: me enter hyperlink base
i entered several hyperlink bases,but it still isn't working.
How can i get it to work?

You need webspace so you can upload it to. I do remember I was going to make you one, however i'll cancel that order now that you've made one yourself.
