Jealousy...UGH!!
 

Ok, so does anyone know what jealousy is and how you get rid of it. Cos i have had it upto here *Point to eyes* with jealousyness and its annoying and depressing now. Anyone know how not to be jealous?

Depends. Who and what are you jealous of, in this instance?

&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp Meditation. That's my cure all. I don't know what I'd do without it!

Think of something person x does not have that you have. Even if it's a silly assumption. The idea "I have a life, I have fun in life, and I wouldn't want it any other way" works for me. It's not neccessarily true (well, it is, but the details in it could change, heheheh), but it's very satisfying if you manage to convince yourself of it.
Or just realise you have a talent for something person x does not.
Yes, this actually even works if you're jealous of someone being together with another person you'd have liked to be together with. I know. You just need willpower and the ability to convince yourself you have something better... o_O;;

Of course *evil smirk* you will be guilty of pride then, and then you go to hell if you're a christian, but hey. I won't tell. *lol*

BTW, pardon this message being so in-general, but it's not like I have the slightest idea what Jacob's jealous of... hmm...

Erm...this person who gets to talk to this person and i fancy this person. Right...make it simpler.

X is talking to Y...i fancy Y and hate X. X fancies Y. Y is straight so that kinda kicks me and X out...but we still compete and i still get jealous. *Sob*

this won't help but what I got from your situation was this: you are jealous of someone who doesn't have someone you could never have. please either realise the absurdity or focus all your anger on me.

Sorry I can't be much help... I don't really get jealousy... Sure, some people have things that I can't have, but all things considered, my life isn't so bad...

Doesn't work for me. I've fancied...lemme see...M for two years now, but M is with T and i hate, i meen really hate T! She came crying to our Latin class this monday and she was all upset and I was just glad. :( I was thinking that maybe they've broken up with M or something... It's awful. T is really such a nice person and everything, but I hate her and like wish all bad for her... :fuzemb: I feel I'm such a bad person. Jeaulousy is a terrible thing.
