Sci-Fi keeps ending its good shows!
Why does Sci-Fi have to keep ending all its good shows? Invisible Man, First Wave (which I had just started watching right before it ended), The Chronicle, and now Lexx are all over. And they aren't even showing reruns of them! Please don't tell me Farscape is anywhere near its end! It looks like there's at least one more season of Farscape left, thank goodness. I don't really like StrangeWorld, but maybe it will grow on me if I watch it some more (I've only watched about 2 of those episodes.)
Anyway, did anyone see the series finale of Lexx on friday? I think it was a good ending, but I wish it wasn't over. It was really sad when Kai and Lexx died. At least Xev (or Zev?) and Stan survived on little Lexx. |
i never liked lex too.....messed up i tried watching farscape but i did not enjoy it that much.

Lexx was an aquired taste, I guess.
I thought "Yo Way Yo" was a good ending for the series, even though it made me cry. It was the only show I regularly watched on SciFi. The producers were talking about a possible Lexx spinoff, but even if it does work out, I know I'm going to miss Kai and the old Lexx. Baby Lexx was cute, but I still hate when characters die.
I wonder what they'll do with 790? He's going to be perfectly miserable in a spinoff. As evil as he became, I kind of feel sorry for him now. P.S.-Hi :) |
Spin-off?
I hadn't heard about a spin-off. That would be really cool if they make one. It was funny when Little Lexx ate 790 in the end. Looks like they are still stuck with him :)
Welcome to the forums, FuzzleByte01. :D Nice to meet you. |
I heard about the spinoff on SciFi's Lexx message board. It was supposed to star Stan and Xev, and I presume 790 would show up at some point. I'm hoping they'll still go through with it. It definitely *would* be cool...
I've been lurking here for ages, but this is just the first time I've spoke up. Nice to meet you, too. :) Here is the official page: http://www.scifi.com/lexx/ |
I saw a couple episodes of farscape and thought it looked pretty gay. Later I kind of figured that Lexx was just like it, judging from the way it looked. When I finally saw my first episode of it (mostly because i was flipping the channels and saw a really hot chick in reptile-skin...which i can't resist) I was amazed by how well-written and hilarious it was. I've seen a couple of episodes after that one, and enjoyed them all, but was surprised to find one of my new favorite shows was being cancled. Now you guys talk about a spin-off? Kick ass! I can't wait to see it!
