Squeek...!!
lol...if you came to this thinking i have a pic or info then no. But i have figured out that 'SO' will just be about Squeek and not have Munch or Abe in it. If you go to that 30 min interview it states that all of the stories will be about the OW Universe yet not all of them will star Abe or Munch.

Yes...they can stay. But it doesn't necessarily mean that they all have to meet each other at the beginning does it!? At the end of the game or sumat they could meet.

Then that'd be quite boring. They have basically targetted the main co-orps that damage things. They have had the Slave Labour and the Mis-treating of Animals. The one thats left is the wiping out of Rain Forests. I dont think they should meet up early on.

Like in Munch's Oddysee, the main (newest) character will have most of the games storyline and usually gameplay too. If i remember correctly Munch's Oddysee has Abe's storyline/gameplay at 30% of the game and Munch has 70% of the game.
Im taking a long shot and predicting that in Squeeks Oddysee the percents will go even lower: Abe:20% Munch:30% Squeek:50% And Jacob i'm sure there will be other main focuses than just the rainforests being destoryed, what about wars, starvation from depletion of resources...all of these things could perfectly fit into Oddworld. I'm also pondering on the idea that a war will one day go on between the Mudokons (Tomahawkers, Mudarchers) and Glukkons (really it would Sligs battling it out) maybe too take over something really big. Even though i'm not too willing for the war idea, it is a problem of our world and Oddworld loves to incorporate them into their games in ironic and funny situations, while still getting across the hidden message. For some reason i'm thinking that Squeek will be about deforestation, i don't know why exaclt but i just have an instinct. As for trying to trick us into thinking you had a pic or info i didn't work :P you may already know that someone already tried it on us!!! Alcar... |

i think it will be intresting squeek does need to meet them (abe and munch) but he will see them in action and he will do his part for whatever reason. it will bring the dark atmosphere back and squeek sounds shy so he will probably want to stay on his own for the time being. probably listening over abe and munch plans to take down another buisness and helping them undercover, but finding out more about his race and past

Aha, no - we do know something more:
We know that Squeek's Oddysee gives us our first real insight into the symbiotic lifeforms on Oddworld. For that reason, it would be logical to theorise that Squeek is in a symbiotic relationship with another creature. But who knows? This is Oddworld. Expect the unexpected. Like having a lot of the game's features removed. |

All that I know is that Squeek is Lornes very first character he came up with before AO. So expect something really special! But what if Abe finnishes his destiny in ME? And then Squeek takes over as the milinianial hero Like what Abe is? That would be interresting twist of fate. Who knows! You never can tell with OWI you know?:fuzcool: :D

I would like to see Squeek as a kind of Rival to Much and Abe in the begining of the game. You know, not having the same ideals as them, but then joining up in the middle of the game for the common good. It would create a kind of tension between characters that was skipped in MO. But I like CP's idea, too. Oi, we've already started talking about Squeek, and ME isn't even out yet! |

I know that Abe and Munch will meet Squeek in SO because Lorne said himself in an interview, of course this dosn't actually mean that I am correct, but I am extreemly positive that they will meet Sqeek the same time we first meet him.:fuzsmile:

Considering OWI's latest trend of terrible naming of creatures, I wouldn't be surprised.
Of course, you're talking about the bats we saw in Abe's Oddysee. Lorne said that because so many people 'found them hard', they decided not to include them in future games, at least not in the gameplay. Otherwise, a flying creature is a likely production - we've got the terrestrial Abe and the aquatic Munch. But think about the difficult gameplay that would involve. Flying is a bit of a difficult thing to implement. I'd expect a gliding creature, or at least for there to be some sort of restrictions on flight, if that is the case. |
His/her wings might of been damaged or sumat. And so he/she can only glide (Like Raziel in LoK)

Symbiotes, eh? Well, that just lends even more to my theory that Squeek is a rat, because their relationship to the Raisin is definately a simbiotic one. That's my best guess right now- Squeek is a rat.
