I think we should update the oddicons
 

i think we should update our oddicons to better graphics... i mean some are okey ( :cool: ) but others are kinda lame in shading( :( ).
I'd say from :eek: to http://www.cgtalk.com/images/smilies/eek.gif
and other updates...

Well, as everyone is filling their posts with new smilies anyway, I don't see why we need to update the smilies list... Those people that want new emotis can have them from wherever they got them from in the first place, and those of us that don't see the need for new ones can just use what we have.

I think that's fair.

Extra Emoticons lead to Spam. I say don't add any more. What possible use could we have for any of the new smileys posted in this topic, except to show them off? We have most of the ones we need...

Having said that, in what way is :o meant to look embarrassed in any way?

The Oddicons are cool! A little update can be nice but I think that I could live without a update.............

I agree. Would you say that spam is becoming more and more frequent as of late? I've been noticing an extreme number of posts that contain no more than four or five words, posts that contribute nothing to the thread. Several examples can be seen in this thread alone.

I think I'll have to delete posts more often.

Yes, the forums have begun to fill with alot of spam now...

Now those are Oddicons WE can use Alcar!!! I am not sure with just normal Oddicons, but Oddworld ones are a good idea. Although a couple might be more appropriate as Message Icons.

I find it ironic that just after Sydney and a couple of others mentioned spam posts I see this one above. Makes you wonder sometimes if our pleas fall on deaf ears!!!

Anyway, as you will notice I have added Alcar's new Fuzzle Oddicons. I haven't added his new Message Icons as yet. Will probably do that tomorrow. And will probably end up replacing a couple of the remaining non-Oddworld ones unless I can just add them on the end of each row.
