Pictures from my trip
Since I got clearance to show the pictures I took while at Oddworld, I have thrown together a small HTML page with all of them on it. You've probably seen the content before, but it does give you a good look at the inside of the Oddworld Inhabitants studio.

Spectacular Pilot. Very nice. I really enjoyed those shots. Excellent job. You deserve a lot of credit. Thanks .
Did anyone notice that about 3/4 of the way down a few sketches of Elum, very nice huh? And how about the group of pictures just above the Elum ones. Did you notice the snail type creature Abe I believe is riding. What is that, anyone know? Those shots are the best I've seen to really bring me into the Oddworld games. Thanks again Pilot............. :) |
THIS IS GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! MAN
THANKS TO SHOW YOUR WONDERFUL PHOTOS TO ALL OF US, THANKS PILOT!!!!!!!!! :) :) :) :) |
Pilot, the past thursday I sent you a e-mail, you saw it?
|
Wow! Those are really cool. The Elum sketches are the coolest. I really like that big Scrabanian temple poster behind glass.
I don't think thats Abe riding a snail. I think it's a glukkon on top of something... |
Yihaa, this looks fantastic! I feels as if there is a great atmosphere. I noticed something strange; on the last picture it sais DRIPEK. Isn't it supposed to be DRIPIK?
|
WOW
...all i need to say that's a beautiful place with beautiful pictures, on-my-god it must be soooooooooo much fun to work there...*dreams about working there* |
Super... It's super...
I have add a new about on my site... I wich I can go to OWI to... The photo'a are faboulus... |
I´m here again.
Steel shark I was saw slow the photos and in the elum sketches only appears... elum, the animal you said is the elum ( you can see my 2 topics: some images and some images II these elum´s art appears) Elum, I think like you: the best for my too is that big Scrabanian temple poster behind glass , are AWESOME   I think Abe babe show us this poster but in another angle in her trip photos, but appears less spectacular. I think the intern photo is the only in who appear some new stuff. Atention to the angles down and left to the interns. Down I see them very bad but seems new creatures. Right is the %&$$·$·%· plant :) and in the left can see some member of the " otigi family " a new skull and a claws. |
I'm glad to see that you all like the pictures I posted. Sometimes I can't believe I was there either! There was so much information and new stuff to see! I'm just glad that some of them even came out, it's somewhat dark in there.
Crazy Vykker: No, I didn't get your email, you can try again at SIMM8MB@AOL.COM maybe I accidentally erased it. |
*wonders why he didn't send those in by email like he said he would*
Yeah those are great pix Jay. WIsh I could have been there. I guess it takes a unique person to catch Mr. Lanning's attention. Congrats man!! P.S. Was that a big enough hint? |
Thanks Pilot, those photos are pretty fine. You are a very lucky Oddworld fan, congratulations and thanks for sharing them.
I'll post a piece of news about it on my site. |
Cool photos Pilot! :) I'm probably not as excited as everyone else because I have been there and seen them all for real. And that is a mind-blowing experience in itself.
That's awesome you were allowed to take the production art... I actually wan't allowed to take photos of that except from at a distance, so it does allow me to remember some of the stuff I wasn't able to get shots of. Hmmm... on top of the 1 1/2 rolls of film I went through when I was there!!! Dark... now ain't that the truth... it is pretty dark, but I think that suits Oddworld. I was suprized that my photos didn't show the darkness as much though (yours didn't seem to either). Abe Babe... [ September 25, 2001: Message edited by: Abe Babe ] |
