Would you rather have a tail, or the power to fly?
 

I had a really bad headache today at school, so I decide to lighten up my day by asking everyone in all of my classes, "If you could only choose one, would you rather have any animal tail you could think of, or have a magic, flying cape?"

And don't just vote, tell me why you chose what you did! :fuzsmile:

Tail. But make sure it's prehensile...

I choose the cape because tails can get caught in doors and such, and I'd have to cut a hole in the seats of all my trousers. If I had a cape, I'd be able to fly all over the place. No more walking for me. :)

I'd prefur to fly, what use does a tail have?

I'd prefer to fly. But not a cape I want wings that'd be cool.

A tail is impractical because people (-like Dark Hood already said-) would have to cut themselve holes in the seat of the trousers what isn't very comfortable...

Like Dragadon and Black Dragon said, I already have both, 'cause I'm a dragon too! *grins* (Though I'm not a reptilian dragon; I'm a feline-type dragon, but that doesn't matter!)

(thinks of Final Fantasy) Hmm... I wonder if Zidane's tail is prehensile..... oh, well.

Anywho... I'd have a tail, just becuase tails are cool. A fox would be an OK choice, after dying it and spiking it up. :D But I'd rather have something along the lines of a scorpion or stegosuarus[sp] :fuzvamp:

You, sir, have obviously never swung gaily through the branches of the mighty jungles, needed help balancing, or had your hands full and needed to pick up something else. Or, for that matter, been extremely drunk and found a third lower limb extremely useful in self-support... Neither have I, but that's not the point...

Besides, wings would get in the way when you walk through doors, and you'd have to be careful not to damage them all the time... Whereas tails could be easily curled up when you're not using them...

Having said that, I disagree with Luke. A Fox's tail would be no good, really. It's Prehensile or no deal... ;)

A cape to fly? Too dangerous. If you somehow lose it during your flight, you're going to see the ground way too close. So I choose the tail. I think it would also be funny, a tail. :D

Luke, my boy, you have forgotten all of the possibilities! How about wings, not some crappy old cape? How about claws? What about having tentacles? Ape-like qualities! Wow, so much to think about... Hmm... Fangs and venom! Scales! A pig nose! Hair all over your body! Skin painted with green paint! How about a nose that comes on and off? Genitalia that works like a squids? *sighs* Too naive....

But out of your *boring* choices, I suppose the cape. I would like to fly, that is the main thing... but still, it's a cape! But a tail! Oh, how people would crowd around and love you if you had a tail! You would live among kings and queens if you had an elongated tail bone! Yes, a tail would make you a god... But, I would rather have a cape. I would rather have wings (or tentacles! Octopus fun!) but I would still like to fly... Dangerous, still.

I dont want anything stuck to my boddy. (Tail, wings). I wanna fly like Petter Pan! Or if I have to have help it would be cool with a FlyingSlig proppeller!:D *chacka-chacka-chacka-chacka*

i would want the power to fly, that would be cool :cool:
but than reality struck and i lay on the ground with a rag on my back :( maby some other day we can all fly :D

Youch, awfully harsh there, Melvin. I chose "cape" so it would seem like a drawback and no one would choose the power to fly. It obviously didn't work...

Besides, it's one or the other, not "Would you rather have a cape or a tail or claws or be an ape or be green or have squid testacles?". I can only do so much... :rolleyes:

Dudes a Saiyan is one of those really strong guys off Dragon Ball Z. I can't believe noone knew that. They can fly and have groovy tails.
