In my opinion, the so-called christian folks of the article are making a confusion by comparing evolutionism as a theory, to creationism as a theory (which they believe is the true one) and putting them togheter as Science. A theory that is only based on a chapter of the Genesis lacks a solid foundation, or should I say, any foundation at all.

Let's assume that all the happennings described in the first chapters of the Genesis can be taken literaly, as the ultimate truth about the creation of the universe. I personally think that the description portrayed there is very poor, and gives us a lot of field for speculation, or will it be a sin to ask how the oceans and lands were created, how and why the life was created in such diversity and how exactly the sand and the water was put togheter to create the human being? Those questions are just an infinitesimal fraction of all the doubts we humans have.

It is a sin to ask? the real fascists think that YES, it is. Because, with the questions, comes the knowledge, and with the knowledge, comes the power.

If all of the lambs had the power of knowledge upon good and evil, why they should need a priest, a leader, a caretaker, to lead them to heaven?? Why they would need him, if they could find the way by themselves??

You see, knowledge is the currency of the powerful. Keep it safe from the people, keep them ignorant, and you will have them in your hands.

I was impressed by the high ammount of money was involved in the so-called christian endevours described in the article.

That's rather weep-worthy.

It would be interesting to see what explanation the school puts forth that takes into account all the evidence for evolution. Nothing fits the evidence better.

Can someone please explain what its all about... I dont get it...:fuzconf:. Its something about nonchristians atempting to preove evolution to religios peale. Sence they think that we humans (for an example) dident evolve from apes... Is that it? Or does this have a spooky side to it, that turnes out in a horrible way, such as: The scool labs frogs have now grown 5 inch clwas and are hopping around thraching students..?:lol:

God didn't want Adam and Eve to eat from the Tree of Knowledge. I've always though that God can't be as nice as some people say he is, this is one of my main reasons.
