Where can I obtain tickets? In the past, when I've tried to get hold of some I've been told that it's trade only; no public access.

I was intending to go this year ... but there was a change in my plans (not that I'm complaining, it's all working out perfect :D). Therefore I'm delaying it until next year's e3 which should be better anyway.
