What graphical aspects do you want to see improved in future oddworld games(Squeek, Nod, etc.)

I for one would like to see pixel shaded grass etc., no fog, larger environments, higher res textures, and a wheather/season/day and night system in real time. I can only hope!:D

Oddworld is an other world, whit others systhems they don't have Girls and they dont need it there is no love like on earth only friends.

thats a good point but 50% of the oddfan industry are infact (dare i say it) girls... Atleast keep sam in the storyline somewhere.

Ultimately, the continent of Mudos, where the Quintology takes place, is run by females. We have just not revealed them in our games, yet. Munch's Oddysee will reveal the Mudokon Queen, who's name is Sam. It will also start to reveal Maggie, the Glukkon Queen. As the Quintology unfolds, we will see a lot more females. Some of them heroes, some of them enemies. However, you won't see much of the traditional 'boy meets girl' scenarios in our material. The world is overflowing with these stories, and we want ones with much different twists.
This was from an interview with Lorne Lanning last year.

Therefore we will see Females on Oddworld... but we will never see the "boy/girl/relationship" kind of thing that you see in other games. So there will never be a female Abe or a female Munch.

And I say, 'great' too... as that is one thing I like about Oddworld... there is none of that kind of thing. If I want to play a game with a romantic storyline I'll play one of the FF games. But Oddworld is not about that... it is about the characters and the world... the unique stories of them all... and the message that the games bring.
