The description of the Employee Lounge:

"A seperate forum for Administrators and Moderators to discuss forum related issues. We hold regular barbeques and other exciting events regular members can only dream about."

Barbeques? Online barbeques? I know what a barbeque is... but online????? How the 8uoiapsgyhwio do you do that?
