stuck at the Fluoride Tanks
 

I just started playing this game today and, this may be dumb, I can't get past this one place that has those pink dogs and the water is filled with mines, there is a green arrow pointing upwards at the one window that is not fenced off.Yet when I try to jump through it nothing happens!!!! Its so frustrating because I can see the spooce on the other side but I can't get there!

Errm...You just swim towards it and then jum and you should go over..honest thats what i did..just take like a swimming JUMP !!!
