help!, banner problems
 

Iv'e made myself some banners and I wish to try them out but I can't put them up directly from my harddrive so can either Abe Babe or Sydney help me?

And also I have Avatars I wish to try but I get the message saying they have to be 60 by 60 pixels, how do I fix this?
