Yeah, I have. It was scary. Though I saw it as a kid. Should really watch it again.. I read the book also, but liked the movie better. It's kinda weird because usually it's the other way around. And I love Stephen King's novels..

But to the question.. I think "a face of an evil empire" is well said. I boiqot McDonalds and could never ever buy anything from there. I've been there a couple of times with my grand parents, but I was just a stupid kid then.. It really makes me angry when McDonalds is "beeing so nice and building a home for sick children and their parents to live in..." :mad: God, what hypocrits..

Bleagh, Maccy D's... I used to like McDonalds food, but I don't any more. It's so salty and greasy; it was easy to retrain myself to hate it. I still like their milkshakes though (even though I've heard they use pig fat to thicken them... I think that's just an urban myth).

And oh yes, Ronald is scary and Evil. But not as scary as some of their other mascots... that blobby purple thing and the yellow duck with goggles and rasta hair. She is scaaaareee!

I thought that Ronald was a paedo when i saw him. Its not normal for someone to have hair that big and to dance around with children so much. And 'Fag' is a slang term used for gayz and i really dont appreciate it when paedo's get called 'Fags' its degrading...

I have been in Macdonalds a grand total of 4 times in my life. Two of those were when I was very little, so they don't count, and one of them was when I was very drunk, so that doesn't count either. So really, I've only ever been into Macdonalds once. I didn't eat anything. I am very proud of this.

Burger King's alright, though. They do delicious Spicy Beanburgers...

(Plus they're English, which can only be a good thing... :D)

Unlike most of you, I have probably been to a McDonalds over 200 or 300 times in my life. I like the food, and I don't really care what it is made out of. And I don't want to be preached to about the way they slaughter their animals. Ronald on the other hand is evil. I always hated that creepy bastard.

I have,it's crap with a capital "C",whenever I set foot in McDonalds I only have Large fries and a bottle of water.
Their food is not brilliant,whereas some is O.K(I just don't like beef burgers).

When will people learn the two unbreakable laws of t.v. and t.v. advertising!!The first one is no NEW GODDAMN BABIES! The fastest way to flush a show down the toilet is to add a baby. And the second, more relevant one is this. If the mascot isn't cool enough that you wouldn't mind hanging with him or her for a day, it isn't a good mascot. The kool aid guy, Frankie and Louie chameleon, Joe Camel, etc. Now, I'm not sure about you, but ronald reminds me of a sick cross between a demented killer klown ala Gacy, and my kindly but tuff as nails grandpa. I wouldn't like hangin' with someone who appears to be majorly unbalanced, and I most definately would not enjoy being buddy buddy around with my newly demented grandpops in quite possibly the most ridiculous setup of clothes ever imagined!
