Anyone have this problem?

I am trying to get through MO for a second time, but the game is acting odd...slogs are very small, sligs won't even shoot at you, and when Munch tries to zap the sligs, they will just fall down and stay laying down, game will freeze up. It will also freeze if Abe possesses the sligs and you try to shoot the other sligs. I have already had to take my first copy of MO due to problems, but they weren't like this. I keep telling my 2 1/2 year old it is because he plays it too much

We cleaned off the smudges and did note there are a few minute scratches. I would think that the scratches would cause the whole game to not work?

Well...

The x-box is the problem. my friend exchanged his x-box 9 times and the game just froze or the x-box won't start. Try exchanging your x-box this time....

PS: your 2 1/2 plays x-box. sure........

Those minute scratches you speak of - are they scratches across the face. or are they circular? If they are circular, then the Xbox has scratched the disk. The first models of Xboxes (is that a word?) had a problem of the CD tray being too high or something, and it scratches some of the games. This usually wouldn't be such a big deal, but since it was scratched by the device playing the game, then that means that the scratches are exactly where the laser needs to be reading the disk. I know that there is a number somewhere to call, but you'd have to check comsumer reports to find it - that's where I read about it.
